    Abstract: A drug scanning and identification system including a spectrometer, a drug holder, a mobile device and a drug identification model is provided. The spectrometer includes a light source, a diffraction grating, a light-absorption element, a wavelength selector, and a single-point photodetector. The drug holder includes a transparent area and a light-absorption area. The drug is disposed on the transparent area. The light-absorption area surrounds the transparent area. The mobile device is adapted to send a control command to trigger the spectrometer scanning the drug so as to obtain spectrum data of the drug. The spectrometer is adapted to transmit the spectrum data of the drug to the drug identification model. The drug identification model is adapted to identify the spectrum data of the drug such that the drug identification model generates an identification result. The identification result is displayed by the mobile device.

    Abstract: A spectrometer engine and an adjustment method thereof are provided. The spectrometer engine includes a connector, a light sensor, a variable gain amplifier, a variable reference voltage generation circuit, an analog-to-digital converter and a control circuit. The light sensor senses a light to be measured coming from an object to be measured to generate a sensing signal. The variable gain amplifier amplifies the sensing signal according to a first setting parameter to generate an amplified signal. The variable reference voltage generation circuit provides a reference voltage according to a second setting parameter. The analog-to-digital converter converts the amplified signal to a digital signal according to the reference voltage. The control circuit reads the digital signal and adjusts at least one of the first to third setting parameters according to the digital signal for the spectrometer engine to measure the object to be measured again to generate another digital signal.

    Abstract: A sampling module for providing an illumination beam onto an object and collecting a measurement beam reflected thereby to at least one measurement device is provided. The sampling module includes at least one illumination module, a light collecting element, and at least one light receiving module. The illumination module provides the illumination beam. The light collecting element has a first opening and an internal space. The illumination module is disposed in the first opening. The illumination beam is transmitted to the object in the internal space. The light receiving module is connected to the light collecting element and includes a case and a lens set. A distance between the sampling module and the object is greater than 0 mm. The measurement beam is transmitted by the object through the lens set to be incident onto the measurement device.

    Abstract: A sample carrier is provided for carrying a liquid sample to be measured by a spectrometer. The sample carrier includes a frame body and a mesh-like carrier body. The frame body has a notch located at the bottom of the frame body. The mesh-like carrier body is fixed to the frame body and located at the notch, the mesh-like carrier body has a plurality of apertures, and the liquid sample is retained in at least some of the apertures. Also provided is a spectrometer including the sample carrier. The sample carrier is capable of carrying the liquid sample and allows simple light path control.

    Abstract: The transmissive sampling module includes a light emitting element, an accommodation tank, and a lens group having a positive refractive power. The light emitting element is configured to emit an illumination beam. The accommodation tank is configured to accommodate an object to be measured. The lens group includes a first lens and a second lens. The first lens and the second lens are respectively located at a first side and a second side of the accommodation tank. The accommodation tank is located between the first lens and the second lens. The illumination beam is transmitted to the object after passing through the first lens. The object converts the illumination beam into a sample beam. The sample beam is transmitted to a main body of the spectrometer after passing through the second lens. A transmissive spectrometer having a transmissive sampling module is also provided.

    Abstract: A transmissive sampling module is provided, which is adapted to a spectrometer main body. The transmissive sampling module includes a light source assembly and a support base. The light source assembly is directly connected to the support base. The support base includes a tube body and at least one fixing member. The tube body surrounds an accommodating groove, and an extending direction of the tube body is not parallel to an optical path of the light source assembly, and the tube body includes a transparent portion, and the optical path of the light source assembly passes through the transparent portion and the accommodating groove.     Abstract: A spectrometer is configured to measure a spectrum of a to-be-measured object and includes a spectrometer body and a sampling module. The spectrometer body has a light-incident port. The sampling module is disposed on the spectrometer body and includes a light source fixing base and at least one light source. The light source fixing base has at least one cup-shaped reflecting curved surface. The light source is disposed on the light source fixing base. The cup-shaped reflecting curved surface surrounds the light source. Illumination light emitted by the light source is reflected and converged by the cup-shaped reflecting curved surface and transmitted to the to-be-measured object. The to-be-measured object diffusely reflects the illumination light into to-be-measured light. The to-be-measured light enters the spectrometer body through the light-incident port and is measured by the spectrometer body. In the invention, high spectrum quality is achieved and a small volume is provided.
