摘要： A sender transmits media streams at receiver-enabled resolutions. The sender, a media server that has multiple resolutions of media available to stream, is made aware of the capability of the receiver to process lower resolution media streams, including a super-resolution capability to enhance the lower resolution media stream using temporal and/or spatial information contained in the lower resolution media stream. The media server sends lower resolution streams to the receiver, thereby freeing up bandwidth on the communication channel for other uses. The receiver can notify the sender of events that affect the status of the super-resolution capability on the receiver, and the sender can adjust the resolution and bitrate of the media stream accordingly to optimize use of the communication channels and resources by encoding and transmitting high resolution video frames only when needed.

An example apparatus includes an address width adjustor to identify a memory width value corresponding to a guest memory associated with a virtual machine (VM), and generate an expanded emulated memory width value. The example apparatus also includes a memory mirror manager to generate a first guest physical address (GPA) range based on the memory width value, and generate a second GPA range based on the expanded emulated memory width value. The example apparatus also includes an EPT generator to generate root paging structures of a first type of EPT with respective addresses within the first GPA range, and generate root paging structures of a second type of EPT with respective addresses within (a) the first GPA range and (b) the second GPA range.

摘要： In one embodiment, an apparatus comprises processing circuitry to: receive, via a communication interface, a frame of a video stream; determine a number of subframes to be encoded in parallel for the frame; partition the frame into a plurality of subframes based on the number of subframes to be encoded in parallel; and send, via the communication interface, the plurality of subframes to a cluster of encoding servers, wherein the cluster of encoding servers is to encode the plurality of subframes in parallel, and wherein each subframe of the plurality of subframes is to be encoded by a particular encoding server of the cluster of encoding servers.
