摘要： The invention provides a method of polishing a substrate comprising (i) contacting a substrate with a polishing system comprising (a) an abrasive, a polishing pad, a means for oxidizing a substrate, or any combination thereof, (b) a conducting polymer having an electrical conductivity of about 10−10 S/cm to about 106 S/cm, and (c) a liquid carrier, and (ii) abrading or removing at least a portion of the substrate to polish the substrate.

摘要： An electro-optic display comprises a layer of solid electro-optic material; a backplane comprising at least one electrode; and an adhesive layer disposed between the layer of electro-optic material and the backplane and adhesively securing the layer of electro-optic material to the backplane, the adhesive layer comprising a thermally-activated cross-linking agent comprising an epoxidized vegetable oil fatty acid or an epoxidized ester of such a fatty acid. The cross-linking agent reduces void growth when the display is subjected to temperature changes.
