摘要: A scroll compressor with two scrolls including respective scroll wraps to form a compression chamber therebetween so that a volume of the compression chamber is decreased to compress a fluid therein by an orbital motion between the scrolls around an axis, has a frame supporting the scrolls thereon, a drawing force generator generating a drawing force urging axially one of the scrolls toward another one thereof, and a contacting force limiter bearing at least a part of the drawing force to prevent the at least a part of the drawing force from being born by a contact between the scrolls, when an axial distance between the scrolls is not more than a predetermined axial distance.

摘要: The present invention relates to air conditioning systems and more particularly to an air conditioning system which provides air conditioning in each of a plurality of spaces. The air conditioning system according to the present invention divides a space with partitions into a plurality of air conditioning spaces and controls the temperature by cooling and heating mediums supplied from an external heat source using a three-way valve and an expansion valve. The air conditioning system includes an ID card for identifying a person which uses the air conditioning system. If a person is present to use the air conditioning system, the set or measured values of the environmental conditions for that person is stored. When that person again uses the air conditioning system, the system calculates the environmental conditions stored by the person in accordance with his stored set or measured environmental condition values. Each of the individuals' preferred comfortable environments is automatically realized by calculating the set values for that person in accordance with his current or past set conditions independent of the space. Changes to his preference to the environmental conditions are easily made.

摘要: A turbine generating apparatus includes a control unit which controls the turbine generating apparatus as follows. During a system connection running mode, a fuel is fed to the gas turbine at a fuel flow rate corresponding to a preset load. The converter prepares a pseudo-system in which a frequency conforms to a set rotational speed of the gas turbine at the preset load, and converts an output of the generator to a direct current in a state that a number of revolutions of the gas turbine is specified by operating the generator synchronously with the pseudo-system. A power to be taken out is controlled depending on a magnitude of a turbine output. The inverter converts a DC voltage output from the converter to an AC voltage by a pulse width modulation at a system voltage and a system frequency so as to keep the DC voltage output from the converter at a predetermined voltage.

摘要: Aqueous solution, including at least one of optically active (-)-(R)-.alpha.-((tert-butylamino)methyl)-2-chloro-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol represented by the following formula: ##STR1## and pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The aqueous solution also includes at least one photostabilizer selected from the group consisting of saccharide, sugar alcohol, and polyalcohol. A content of the at least one of optically active (-)-(R)-.alpha.-((tert-butylamino)methyl)-2-chloro-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol and pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof is 0.01 to 10% (w/v) based on a volume of the aqueous solution. A content of the at least one photostabilizer is 1 to 50% (w/v) based on the volume of the aqueous solution. The content of the at least one photostabilizer is at least 10% (w/w) based on a total weight of the at least one of optically active (-)-(R)-.alpha.-((tert-butylamino)methyl)-2-chloro-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol and pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. 摘要: A refrigerating apparatus including a first compressor, a condenser, a first pressure reducer a first evaporator, a second pressure reducer and a second evaporator connected together by lines to form a refrigerating circuit for a refrigerant to flow therethrough, wherein a second compressor is connected at its suction side to the second pressure reducer for receiving gaseous component of refrigerant from the first evaporator and connected at its discharge side to the line between the first compressor and the condenser. An evaporative pressure control valve may be mounted in the line between the first evaporator and the second pressure reducer or the line between the second pressure reducer and the second evaporator. A bypass line mounting an electromagnetic valve may connect the line between the first evaporator and the second pressure reducer to the line between the second pressure reducer and the second evaporator.
