摘要:
The present invention provides a film for forming which exhibits both excellent dimensional stability in processing and excellent formability as well as excellent appearance of surfaces and can thus be suitably applied to a variety of forming members through forming and used in forming decoration applications. Provided is a film for forming comprising a cyclic olefin-based resin as a main component, wherein the storage modulus at 120° C. is 101 MPa to 3,000 MPa and the storage modulus at 170° C. is 100 MPa or less.

摘要:
A polymer film characterized in that the Poisson's ratio of the longitudinal direction (MD) to the transverse direction (TD) is less than 0.4. This film exhibits superior dimensional stability under high tension, cause almost no reading errors when it is used in a magnetic recording medium, and provides a high-capacity magnetic recording medium having superior electromagnetic conversion characteristics.

A film excellent in flatness, and not degraded in flatness by curling, etc. even at high temperature during processing and use as a product. The film of the present invention is made of an aromatic polyamide and/or aromatic polyimide, and satisfies the following:(Pmax-Pmin)/Pavr.ltoreq.1.0where Pmax is the maximum value of the orientation degree obtained from the Raman spectrum in the section direction of the film; Pmin is the minimum value and Pavr is the average value.
摘要:
A thermoplastic resin film wherein the variation in thickness of the film in the longitudinal direction is not more than 5% and the ratio "Pw1/PwT" of the sum of spectral intensities of wave-number components present in the wave-number range of 0.15 to 0.45 (1/m) (Pw1) to the sum of spectral intensities of the full wave-number range (PwT) determined when a wave form of the variation in thickness is subjected to analysis of Fourier transformation is not more than 0.20, and wherein the variation in thickness of the film in the longitudinal direction is not more than 5% and the ratio "Pw2/PwT" of the sum of spectral intensities of wave-number components present in the wave-number range of 1.00 to 2.00 (1/m) (Pw2) to the sum of spectral intensities of the full wave-number range (PwT) is not more than 0.15. In such a film, the uniformity in thickness can remarkably improved, and snaking and wrinkles in post processing can be prevented.
