摘要: A pipe expansion method capable of reducing an inspection range (area) of a heat-transfer pipe secured to a pipe plate and capable of shortening the time required for inspection is provided. In a pipe expansion method for securing a heat-transfer pipe inserted in a pipe hole of a pipe plate by expanding the pipe, after tightly fitting an outer circumferential surface of the heat-transfer pipe to an inner circumferential surface of the pipe hole from a primary-side end face to a secondary-side end face of the pipe plate, surface pressure between the heat-transfer pipe and the pipe plate is further increased in a predetermined range from the secondary-side end face, or close to the secondary-side end face, towards the primary-side end face.

摘要: The present invention aims to decrease a pressure loss in a tube support plate 200 disposed in a steam generator, and ensure sufficient strength. The tube support plate 200 has many through-holes 100 formed therein for passage of heat transfer tubes 210. The shape of the through-hole 100 is a hexagonal shape. Protrusions 100a, 100b, 100c are formed in alternate sides 102, 104, 106 among the sides constituting the hexagonal shape. The arrangement of the through-holes 100 is a so-called honeycomb arrangement. Thus, the opening area of the through-hole 100 can be rendered large to decrease a pressure loss, and the strength of the tube support plate can be ensured.

摘要: An object is to provide a method and a system for improving a residual stress in a tube body, with which the residual stress can reliably be improved without heating excessively. From an irradiation start angle θs to a first predetermined angle θ1 on the tube body, an intensity of a laser beam is gradually increased from 0.5 to the steady output of 1.0 output ratio; from the first predetermined angle θ1 to a second predetermined angle θ2, the intensity of the laser beam is set at 1.0 output ratio; from the second predetermined angle θ2 to an irradiation end angle θe, the intensity of the laser beam is gradually decreased from the 1.0 output ratio to 0.5; and at the irradiation end angle θe, the intensity of the laser beam is set to 0. All these steps are performed at one turn of rotation in the method and the system for improving residual stress in the tube body.
