    摘要: A MOS logic circuit comprises two P channel MOSFETs connected in parallel between a positive power source V.sub.DD and a logic signal output terminal and two series circuits connected in parallel between a ground voltage source V.sub.SS and the terminal, each series circuit being comprised of serially connected two N channel MOSFETs. The gate electrodes of the MOSFETs located in the corresponding positions in the respective series circuits are connected to first and second logic signal input terminals, respectively. Similarly, the gate electrodes of the other MOSFETs located in the corresponding positions in the respective series circuits are connected to the second and first logic signal input terminals, respectively.

    摘要: A hydraulic device includes a switch-over valve 1140 provided at a section of a sub-passage 1105 located downstream of a location where a first bypass passage 1117 is connected and located upstream of a primary regulator 1110. The switch-over valve 1140 is switched between a blocked state, where supply of hydraulic oil to a section of the sub-passage 1105 located downstream of the switch-over valve 1140 is blocked, and a communication state, where supply of hydraulic oil to the section of the sub-passage 1105 located downstream of the switch-over valve 1140 is permitted. In the hydraulic device, when the switch-over valve 1140 is switched to the communication state, as a discharge performance of a main pump 1102 increases, a first check valve 1118 closes. Supply paths for hydraulic oil discharged from the sub-pump 1103 are automatically switched in accordance with the discharge performance of the main pump 1102. When the switch-over valve 1140 is switched to the blocked state, the first check valve 1118 opens and hydraulic oil discharged from the sub-pump 1103 is introduced into a main passage 1104.

When the engine is started by the motor generator, the vehicle control apparatus constantly keeps the compensation torque of the motor generator smaller than the clutch torque of the clutch.

    摘要: In an inner bottom surface of a case, a substantially oblong recess having a long axis and a short axis forms a vibration area. A piezoelectric element is bonded to the center of the recess. On the opposite sides of the vibration area, vibration suppression areas thicker than the vibration area are disposed. A side portion of the case is formed to be thin over the entire circumference thereof. A reinforcing member higher in rigidity than the case is bonded to upper portions of the vibration suppression areas. The reinforcing member has a bottom surface substantially equal to the shape of the vibration suppression areas, and has a predetermined height. A gap between the reinforcing member and an inner side surface of the case is also filled with a filling member.

The vehicle speed sensor includes a main body portion having a detecting portion opposed to the addendum of the teeth in the direction of a normal to the addendum cone surface of the driven gear, and the main body portion extends along the normal direction.

The case has a piezoelectric element provided on the bottom, and a cushion member is engaged with a side portion of an opening of the case. A substrate and pin terminals are engaged in and held by a holding portion of the cushion member. On the substrate, electrodes that are connected to the pin terminals are provided. An opening portion is provided in a top surface of the cushion member. Lead wires that are electrically connected to the piezoelectric element extend out from the opening portion and are connected to the electrodes. The inside of the case is filled with an elastic resin from the opening portion.
