摘要: A vehicle includes an engine as a drive source and a continuously variable transmission. The continuously variable transmission includes a torque converter having a lockup clutch. When simultaneous execution of an upshift of the continuously variable transmission and a lockup engagement of the lockup clutch is required in accordance with an accelerator depression operation, the LU engagement control of the lockup clutch is started in accordance with an LU engagement request. On the other hand, the upshift control uses the continuously variable transmission to place the starting of the control with respect to the upshift request on standby and cancels the standby when the LU engagement control of the lockup clutch enters a lockup engagement completion region and starts the upshift control (delayed control).

摘要: In a transmission control device for controlling a transmission, a controller determines failure of a SOL corresponding to a hydraulic secondary-pressure actuator. The controller variably controls line command pressure, and in a case where the failure is determined, fixes the line command pressure to a line pressure set value. The controller variably controls primary command pressure, and in a case where the failure is determined, continuously changes a speed ratio of a variator by variably controlling the primary command pressure. The controller variably controls secondary command pressure, and in a case where the failure is determined, fixes the secondary command pressure to a secondary pressure set value.

摘要: A working machine having a belt-type continuously variable transmission in a working power transmission system includes a target working speed setting section for optionally setting a target working rotational speed of a working unit, a working unit speed sensor that detects an actual working rotational speed of the working unit, a speed reduction ratio regulation mechanism that regulates a minimum speed reduction ratio of a rotational speed of a driven pulley with respect to a drive pulley, and a control unit. The control unit controls a drive source rotational speed to bring the actual working rotational speed close to the target working rotational speed, obtains a minimum limit speed reduction ratio based upon a target minimum rotational speed of a drive source and the target working rotational speed, and controls the speed reduction ratio regulation mechanism to keep the minimum limit speed reduction ratio.

摘要: An engine room temperature rise restricting apparatus including an open and close detector of the grille shutter, and a controller including a CPU and a memory coupled to the CPU, wherein the CPU and the memory are configured to perform: detecting a stuck-closed failure of a grille shutter of a condition that the grille shutter remains closed regardless of an open instruction for the grille shutter, based on signal from the open and close detector; and controlling a speed ratio of a continuously variable transmission so that an upper limit of an engine rotational speed or an engine driving force when the stuck-closed failure is detected is smaller than an upper limit of the engine rotational speed or the engine driving force when the stuck-closed failure is not detected.

摘要: Ground wires are shared between a drive-side pulley solenoid valve and a driven-side pulley solenoid valve. Therefore, when a disconnection or short circuit occurs in the shared portion, a drive-side pulley and a driven-side pulley show substantially the same behavior. As a result, changes in the speed ratio γcvt of a continuously variable transmission are suppressed and changes in vehicle behavior are also suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the degradation of drivability during the failure of the solenoid valves involved in power transmission.

摘要: A powertrain system including an internal combustion engine rotatably coupled to a variator of a continuously variable transmission (CVT) is described. A method for controlling the CVT includes determining a first speed ratio change rate based upon a desired speed ratio and a commanded speed ratio, and determining a commanded speed ratio trajectory based upon the first speed ratio change rate, an actual speed ratio and a commanded speed ratio. A ratio change coefficient and a force ratio factor are determined based upon the commanded speed ratio trajectory. A shift force is determined based upon the ratio change coefficient and a total speed ratio change rate. A primary pulley pressure and a secondary pulley pressure for the CVT are controlled based upon the shift force and the force ratio factor.

摘要: A transmission control device includes a converter that converts continuous accelerator positions detected by an accelerator pedal sensor into a stepped step position, and a controller that controls the gear ratio of a continuously variable transmission based on the converted step position. The converter creates a hysteresis regarding the converted step position, when the accelerator depression amount increases, and when the accelerator depression amount decreases. In the case where the step position reaches a predetermined position or greater, the controller executes kick-down control where the gear ratio is controlled to a low side.
