摘要： Tabletting machine in the form of a rotary press, includes a rotor accommodating top and bottom stamping dies that cooperate with molds of a mold plate, rotor associated cam segments, and pressure rollers for actuating the stamping dies, a filling equipment, a stripping device for tablets knocked out of the mold and a computing system for controlling the tabletting machine following a predetermined program and for processing data provided by signal transmitters of the tabletting machine, and for monitoring the machine functions. At least a part of the components and/or subassemblies features a transponder having at least one stored identity number, characterizing the components and/or subassemblies. At least one read head connected with the computing system permits the transponder of the component and/or subassembly to be wirelessly read out even in the assembled state. The read-out data can be compared with a predetermined program for the arrangement and/or function of the components and/or subassemblies in the computing system.

摘要： A method for manufacturing pressed parts from hard metal, ceramic, sintered metal or likewise, in which a part of a charge of a powder-like or granular original material is filled into a pressing mould and is pressed with at least one pressing stamp against a counter surface, wherein the force and the distance of the pressing stamp are measured, and wherein there are the following method steps:depending on the geometry of the pressed part and on the original material during the compression for a pressing stamp a desired force-distance diagram (nominal curve) is determined and stored;in a computer during the compression the measured values for the distance and the force of the pressing stamp are compared to the nominal curve;by way of at least one separately actuated section of the pressing stamp or of a separate stamp the pressure on the pressing material during the compression phase is increased or reduced as soon as a deviation from the nominal curve is determined, in order at the end of the compression phase to obtain an equal density of each pressed part.

摘要： A method for determining the position of a punch with respect to a die in a powder press with the following steps: storing a reference measure in a computer corresponding to a predetermined relatively small distance of the punch to the upper edge or lower edge of the die, storing a reference offset in the computer by counting the pulses of an incremental path sensor actuated by the punch on raising the punch from the reference measure to an index pulse, measuring the position of the punch above the reference offset using an absolute path sensor which evaluates the path of the adjusting piston for the punch and whose readings are inputted into the computer, and inputting the pulses of the incremental path sensor into the computer as soon as the actual position of the punch is equal or smaller than the sum measure of the reference offset and the reference measure.
