    摘要: A device, such as a tamale maker, for inserting edible filling into dough, generally includes a lower assembly and an upper assembly. The lower assembly includes an elongate cylindrical mold sleeve comprised of a plurality of separable longitudinal segments around a central cavity and a base for receiving the mold sleeve so as to define a container for receiving dough. The upper assembly comes in two forms, one having a plunger for use with masa dough having a firm consistency so it can be formed into a self-supporting shape, and one having tines for inserting a solid or frozen filling into flowable or soft masa dough. The tamale is removed from the container by separating one or more sleeve segments of the container to expose the tamale.

    摘要: It is possible for the present invention to operate with the optimal control to prevent a ram from overshooting in a case that a load acting on the ram is decreasing rapidly, like a stamping machining process. Linking a hydraulic circuit which consists of a hydraulic pump 3 and a hydraulic cylinder 2 to make the ram 1 for the hydraulic press equipment move upward and downward and a full-bridge hydraulic circuit with four proportional sheet valves V1 through V4, the working timings of the proportional sheet valves V1 through V4 are controlled by a NC controller 9. In the normal operation, operating the proportional sheet valves V2 and V3 with the turn-on-off control system and with the meter out control system, oil pressure PU acting on the upper chamber 2U of the hydraulic cylinder 2, driving the ram 1 by the piston 10 moving downward, a work is stamped out. The NC controller 9 detects the running by inertia of the ram 1 in the instance of having stamped out a work in the stamping out machining process. As soon as the NC controller 9 detects the rapidly large speed fluctuation by a speed detecting sensor, the NC controller 9 commands the pilot valve 8 of the proportional sheet valve V1 in order to prevent the running by inertia of the ram 1 by controlling the back pressure PL of the lower chamber 2L of the hydraulic cylinder.

    摘要: An apparatus for compressing a workpiece is disclosed. The apparatus has a die to receive the workpiece in powdered or other form. An abutment holds the workpiece in a fixed position against the application of force, while a hydraulic cylinder is positioned to exert force against the die in the direction toward the abutment. A pump feeds hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic cylinder, and a pressure control valve is coupled to the hydraulic cylinder to control the maximum pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. The pressure control valve has a sealing member, a seat which engages the sealing member with the sealing member closing the outlet, a spring which urges the sealing member towards the seat, closing the outlet, and a backing member putting the spring under compression by maintaining a distance between the backing member and the seat. A stepping motor is rigidly mounted with respect to the seat. The stepping motor has a shaft which may be advanced towards and away from the valve seat whereby the degree of compression on the spring may be adjusted.

Relief valves and direction control valves are provided at a primary side and secondary side, respectively, of a clamping cylinder into which a ram for elevating the movable platen is inserted, and due to the difference of pressures between the primary and secondary sides of the clamping cylinder, it is made possible to successively change the clamping force from zero by elevating the ram at low speed, thereby giving a desired clamping force to the ram.
