Abstract: A method and a road finisher for creating a temperature field of a newly laid paving layer corrected for interfering-related temperature measurement errors. It is recognised that when the paving layer is paved, a measuring point is covered by an interfering object at a first time if, contrary to an expected material-specific cooling at a later second time during paving at the same measuring point, a larger temperature value particularly lying within a nominal temperature range than a temperature value measured to the preceding first time is measured, wherein instead of the temperature value detected at the first time a new temperature value is assigned to the measuring point in the temperature field.

Abstract: A system comprising a temperature measurement device for repeatedly detecting temperature values of a pavement laid by a paver. The system is configured for ascertaining a temperature value for a specific measuring point at at least two different moments in time by means of the temperature measurement device, the specific measuring point lying in an area of the laid pavement. The system additionally comprises an evaluation unit, the evaluation unit being configured for determining a cooling behavior of the laid pavement. This is done by making use of the at least two different temperature values that have been detected for the specific measuring point at the at least two different moments in time.

Abstract: A paving train for producing at least one pavement layer on a traffic surface is formed from at least two independently driven units travelling in a group, such as a road finisher, a road paver, an IP finisher, a feeder, a supply unit or the like. The units move one behind the other at a given distance. In order to enable communication between the units via certain parameters such as speed, material filling level and the like, and in order also to easily control a corresponding distance between the units as well as the corresponding material transfer, a wireless communication link is formed between the units at least for exchanging speeds and/or material filling level.

Abstract: A system comprising a temperature measurement device for continuously detecting temperature values of a pavement laid by means of a paver. The system further comprises an image recording unit and an evaluation unit. The evaluation unit is configured to determine an area of the laid pavement as a deviation area, if, based on temperature values detected for the area, one or more deviation criteria are fulfilled, wherein the determination is carried out during laying and in temporal proximity to the detection of the temperature values for the area. The system is additionally configured to generate, making use of the image recording unit, an image assigned to the deviation area.
