摘要: A road finisher includes an undercarriage, a chassis which is adjustable in height relative to the undercarriage, an electronic control system, and a paving screed which is attached to tie bars, the tie bars each being hinged to the chassis at a pull point and the pull points each being adjustable relative to the chassis by means of a leveling cylinder. The control system comprises a receiving unit configured to detect an actual pull point height, an evaluation unit configured to calculate a deviation of the actual pull point height from a target pull point height caused by a height adjustment of the chassis relative to the undercarriage, and a command unit, which is configured to automatically at least partially correct the deviation by a correction signal sent from the command unit causing a hydraulic controller to adjust at least one of the leveling cylinders.

摘要: A road-finishing machine for producing a paving layer from a laying material or a charger vehicle for supplying the road-finishing machine with a laying material. The road-making machine comprises a material bunker, and a pushing means fixed forward of the material bunker at a chassis, such that pushing rollers of the pushing means may dock to rear tires of a truck. The pushing rollers comprise a pair of first pushing rollers mountable in a first position in a seat of a traverse of the pushing means. Either the pushing means is expandable by at least one changeable attachment to which the first pushing rollers may be mounted in a second position further forward with respect to the first position, or the pushing means comprises a pair of second pushing rollers which may be selectively positioned forward of the first pushing rollers.

摘要: A system comprising a temperature measurement device for repeatedly detecting temperature values of a pavement laid by a paver. The system is configured for ascertaining a temperature value for a specific measuring point at at least two different moments in time by means of the temperature measurement device, the specific measuring point lying in an area of the laid pavement. The system additionally comprises an evaluation unit, the evaluation unit being configured for determining a cooling behavior of the laid pavement. This is done by making use of the at least two different temperature values that have been detected for the specific measuring point at the at least two different moments in time.

摘要: A method and a road finisher for creating a temperature field of a newly laid paving layer corrected for interfering-related temperature measurement errors. It is recognised that when the paving layer is paved, a measuring point is covered by an interfering object at a first time if, contrary to an expected material-specific cooling at a later second time during paving at the same measuring point, a larger temperature value particularly lying within a nominal temperature range than a temperature value measured to the preceding first time is measured, wherein instead of the temperature value detected at the first time a new temperature value is assigned to the measuring point in the temperature field.

摘要: A road finisher including an undercarriage, a chassis, a hopper, a paving screed, and a lifting device for lifting the chassis relative to the undercarriage at least in a rear region of the road finisher. The lifting device comprises a rocker mounted rotatably around an undercarriage rotational axis at an undercarriage-side bearing surface and rotatably around a chassis rotational axis at a chassis-side bearing surface. The lifting device further comprises a length-variable adjustment member connecting a chassis-side link point to a rocker-side link point and configured to change a distance between the chassis-side link point and the rocker-side link point by changing its length to selectively lift or lower the chassis relative to the undercarriage. A distance between the chassis rotation axis and the undercarriage rotation axis is greater than a distance between the chassis rotation axis and the chassis-side bearing surface.

The paving screed also includes a plurality of side plates, each being mountable on an outer end of the base screed or an extending unit or a bolt-on extension and which delimit the operating width. At least one reference element for determining the operating width is provided on one of the side plates, and that the at least one reference element is detectable by one or more sensor units when the side plates are each mounted on the outer ends of the base screed, an extending unit or a bolt-on extension.
