    摘要: A hydraulic control device includes first and second pumps, a swing control spool, a boom first-speed control spool, a boom second-speed control spool, a swing motor, a boom cylinder, a pilot control valve, and a confluence line for merging the hydraulic flow from the boom second-speed control spool with that from the boom first-speed control spool. Provided on the confluence line is a swing priority valve having an orifice for variably reducing the hydraulic flow supplied to the boom cylinder through the confluence line. A swing priority control line is provided to interconnect a pressure receiving part of the swing priority valve and a swing control pilot pressure signal line of the pilot control valve in such a manner that an aperture area of the variable orifice of the swing priority valve is reduced in proportion to the magnitude of a swing control pilot pressure of the pilot control valve.

    摘要: A boom-holding control device brings an excavator boom into a holding condition or a release condition. The device includes a boom-holding valve provided on a fluid pressure line for preventing boom deadweight-caused drainage of a hydraulic flow from a boom cylinder to thereby keep a boom in a holding condition, a boom release valve for releasing the boom from the holding condition in response to at least one of a boom-down pilot signal pressure supplied from a boom cylinder remote control valve and a travel signal pressure fed from a travel control operator-interface device and a solenoid-actuated changeover valve provided on a travel signal line for selectively opening and blocking off the travel signal line. The changeover valve is normally kept in a closing position and will be shifted to an opening position at the time of simultaneous activation of a travel selection switch and a boom release switch.

    摘要: A hydraulic control device for controlling a boom-arm combined operation in an excavator includes a boom low-speed control spool and an arm high-speed control spool provided on parallel lines for receiving hydraulic flow from a second hydraulic pump via the parallel lines. A boom priority valve is provided on the parallel line interconnecting the second hydraulic pump and the arm high-speed control spool for throttling the parallel line to cause the hydraulic flow of the pump to be supplied to the boom low-speed control spool prior to the arm high-speed control spool. The boom priority valve has a pressure receiving part remaining in fluid communication with a boom pilot valve through a boom priority control signal line and a variable orifice section for reducing an opening area of the parallel line in proportion to the magnitude of a boom priority control signal pressure delivered to the pressure receiving part.
