摘要: A work machine includes directional control valves 43 and 44 each controlling a direction and a flow rate of a pressurized fluid supplied to each a boom cylinder 32 and a bucket cylinder 36; operation amount sensors 51a, 52a, and 52b detecting operation amounts of operation devices 51 and 52; a variable flow control valve 45 that can restrict the flow rate of the pressurized fluid in a meter-in passage of the directional control valve 44 related to the bucket cylinder 36; and a controller 60 controlling the variable flow control valve on the basis of the detection results by the operation amounts from the operation amount sensors, and the controller changes over an action mode to any one of a normal mode for restricting the flow rate of the pressurized fluid by the variable flow control valve and a responsiveness priority mode for not restricting the flow rate of the pressurized fluid by the variable flow control valve in response to the detection results of the operation amounts of the plurality of operation devices. It is thereby possible to enhance responsiveness in an action that requires responsiveness such as an action in which an operation amount of an operation lever frequently changes in a short period of time and to suppress a decline in work efficiency.

摘要: A valve member having a supply pressure and a method of controlling the supply pressure in the valve member includes a valve body having a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, and a controlled port. The valve member includes a spool moveable within the valve body to fluidly connect at least one of the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet with the controlled port. The spool includes an end in fluid communication with a control pressure port and a pin received within the end of the spool that is moveable relative to the spool. Fluid flow through the control pressure port acts against a cross-sectional area of the pin and an annular area of the spool to modulate the supply pressure through the valve member.

摘要: An electromagnetic switching valve, for which the maximum opening is set to be small, is disposed on piping between a lift cylinder and a hydraulic pump motor. A pilot check valve, for which the maximum opening is set to be larger than the electromagnetic switching valve, is disposed on piping, different from the piping, between the lift cylinder and the hydraulic pump motor. In addition, during lowering operations, first, the electromagnetic switching valve is opened, and then after the same is opened, the pilot check valve is opened after a prescribed time has passed. Thus, the shock generated when lowering an object to be raised/lowered is reduced and a fork is operated quickly.

The function of such a hydraulic valve arrangement should be enhanced. To this end said controller (19) said controller interrupts said regenerative flow path when a feed pressure at said working port arrangement (6, 7) exceeds a predetermined pressure level.

The hydraulic system may have a pump configured to pressurize fluid, a first actuator configured to receive pressurized fluid from the pump, and an accumulator configured to receive fluid from the first actuator. The hydraulic system may also have a second actuator configured to receive pressurized fluid from the pump and the accumulator, and a pilot circuit configured to receive pressurized fluid from the pump and the accumulator. The hydraulic system may further have at least one valve movable to provide priority of fluid flow from the accumulator to the pilot circuit over the second actuator when a pressure of the accumulator is less than a low-pressure threshold.

摘要: An apparatus has a pilot-operated spool valve connecting first and second work passages selectively to a supply conduit and a tank conduit. A first check valve normally allows fluid flow only in one direction from the first work passage to a first workport and when pilot-operated allows bidirectional fluid flow. A second check valve normally allows fluid flow only from the second work passage to a second workport and when pilot-operated allows bidirectional fluid flow. A first pilot valve selectively applies pressure to one end of the spool and to pilot operate the first check valve. A second pilot valve selectively applies pressure to another end of the spool and to pilot operate the second check valve. When fluid drains from a workport to the tank conduit, the associated check valve operates to maintain a predefined pressure in the first or second work passage through which that fluid flows.

摘要: A fluid pressure control device includes a switching valve that operates in conjunction with a control valve by a pilot pressure to switch an operation of an operated check valve. The switching valve includes a spool that moves according to the pilot pressure of a pilot chamber, and a piston that is accommodated in the pilot chamber and imparts a thrust force to the spool upon receiving the pilot pressure. The piston includes a first piston that is slidingly accommodated in the pilot chamber and is acted upon by the pilot pressure, and a second piston whose distal end faces the spool and is inserted into an accommodating hole formed in the first piston. A spherical protrusion is provided on a center of either one of a bottom surface of the accommodating hole of the first piston and a back surface of the second piston.

摘要: A motive power regeneration apparatus for a working machine includes a regeneration circuit that is connected to a hydraulic line through which a returning fluid of a boom cylinder is distributed during a boom lowering operation. Also included are a hydraulic motor connected to a generator, a flow regulating circuit that is connected to the hydraulic line and provided with a control valve, an inverter that controls the flow rate on the regeneration circuit in accordance with a first flow rate setting which varies with the operation amount of an operating apparatus, and a control valve and a proportional valve that control the flow rate on the flow regulating circuit in accordance with a second flow rate setting which varies with the operation amount of the operating apparatus. Therefore, the motive power regeneration apparatus is capable of making an operator constantly feel comfortable with the working machine operations.

摘要: Circuit for controlling a double-action hydraulic drive cylinder includes a directional control valve having working ports A and B, a pump port P, and a tank port T, wherein the directional control valve has a neutral position in which pump port P is blocked and working ports A, B are connected to tank port T. A pressure-limiting valve and a controllable load-holding valve are connected to the piston space in parallel, and a regeneration check valve is connected in series between a connection point for the parallel components and the rod space. A first precharge valve is connected between the working port A and the connection point, and a first bypass check valve is connected anti-parallel parallel with the first precharge valve and the load-holding valve. A second precharge valve is connected in series with the directional control valve between the tank port P and the rod space.

摘要: A system operates a hydraulic actuator, such as a cylinder, in one of several modes that include powered extension and retraction, self-powering regeneration modes in which fluid exhausting from one cylinder chamber is routed into the other cylinder chamber, and cross function regeneration modes wherein the fluid exhausted from one actuator is routed in the supply conduit to power a different actuator. A controller determines which modes are viable based on existing system conditions and selects from among the viable available modes. That determination is a function of the desired velocity for the actuator, the hydraulic load on the actuator, and pressures in the supply and return hydraulic conduits. The system also can recover potential or kinetic energy through pressure intensification which recovered energy can be used to power another simultaneously active hydraulic function or to drive the prime mover via an over-center variable pump/motor.
