    摘要: An ultraviolet luminescent ink is printed to form a pattern containing uniformly dispersed quantum dots without aggregation. In addition, the ultraviolet luminescent ink is transparent under natural light, so that the pattern is not visually observed, but emits light only upon UV irradiation. Therefore, the ultraviolet luminescent ink is useful in introducing codes in security articles, such as passports and bank bills. The ultraviolet luminescent ink can be used in the manufacture of security articles, such as passports, securities, bank bills, identification cards and credit cards. A security system using the ultraviolet luminescent ink is also disclosed.

    摘要: Disclosed is a transparent carbon nanotube (CNT) electrode using a conductive dispersant. The transparent CNT electrode comprises a transparent substrate and a CNT thin film formed on a surface the transparent substrate wherein the CNT thin film is formed of a CNT composition comprising CNTs and a doped dispersant. Further disclosed is a method for producing the transparent CNT electrode.The transparent CNT electrode exhibits excellent conductive properties, can be produced in an economical and simple manner by a room temperature wet process, and can be applied to flexible displays. The transparent CNT electrode can be used to fabricate a variety of devices, including image sensors, solar cells, liquid crystal displays, organic electroluminescence (EL) displays and touch screen panels, that are required to have both light transmission properties and conductive properties.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an image display device having a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), which can maintain a primary color which is desired to be expressed, and prevent an interference of other unwanted colors and a change of the primary color at the time of application of a light source of each light emitting diode. The image display device comprises: a first optical filter layer containing a violet wavelength-absorbing material having a wavelength range of from 380 nm to 450 nm such as Bi2O3 so as to prevent light having a wavelength ranging from 380 nm to 450 nm from being leaked out to an undesired region of an image display portion of the image display device; and a second optical filter layer such as a blue color filter layer so as to allow a white light to be expressed in a desired region of the image display portion.

The memory device may include a polyelectrolyte film which enables a uniform arrangement of nanocrystals. The device characteristics may be controlled and a memory device with improved device characteristics may be provided.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an organic memory device and a fabrication method thereof. The organic memory device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic memory layer situated between the electrodes, wherein a metallic nanoparticle layer is further situated between the first electrode and the organic memory layer. Since the organic memory device may be operated using only positive voltages, a 1D1R device composed of one diode and one resistor can be realized and a passive matrix can be realized due to the 1D1R structure. Accordingly, the organic memory device enables higher integration, ultrahigh speeds, larger capacities, lower power consumption, and/or lower prices.
