The steel plate is prepared from a composition comprising C, N and S in an amount of 0.150% by weight or less in total; Mn in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0% by weight; Si in an amount of 0.5% by weight or less; Al in an amount of 1.0% by weight or less; P in an amount of 0.06% by weight or less; and Fe for the remainder, and inevitable elements, and shows a yield strength of 18 kg/mm2 or higher, and an elongation of 40% or higher. The hot-dip galvanized steel plate is prepared from a composition comprising C, N and S in an amount of 0.0150 % by weight or less in total; Mn in an amount of 0.2 to 0.8% by weight; Al in an amount of 0.6% by weight or less; Si in an amount of 0.4% by weight or less; P in an amount of 0.06% by weight or less, with the proviso that the sum of Mn, Al, Si and P amounts to 0.2-1.0% by weight; and Fe for the remainder, and inevitably present elements. In addition to having high yield strength, the hot-dip galvanized steel plate is resistant to corrosion owing to the coating of a corrosion-resistant element on the surface.

In addition to being 0.9 or higher in emissivity, the far-infrared emission powders are inhibitory against the growth of bacteria, with a pH value of 7.5-10.5 in its saturate aqueous solution. A coating material comprising 5-100 parts by weight of the powder per 100 parts by weight of a resin is coated to a dry thickness of 5-60 &mgr;m on an electromagnetic shield steel plate without interruption of the intrinsic electromagnetic shield properties of the steel plate.

A high-speed injection means produces a wake under the lower portion of the model boat as if water were colliding with the front of the operating model boat, and sprays water on the lower end of a bow of the model boat at high speed, thus creating a current on the surface of the artificial pool so as to help a user float on water. A circulation means circulates water fed into and discharged from the artificial pool. A wake size/shape adjusting means is mounted to the model boat and rotated by power generated when the model boat is operating, thus creating a water current and adjusting the size and shape of the wake. A wake attenuating means is mounted to the inner wall of the artificial pool, and attenuates waves generated when the wake produced during wakeboarding is reflected from a wall.

An upper shearing blade equipped with a protrusion of a triangle-columnar shape and a lower shearing blade equipped with a protrusion of the same shape are applied onto the overlapped portion of metal plates to be bonded, and then pressed into the metal plates in an oblique direction inclined with respect to the thickness direction by a stroke in such a range that the metal plates are not completely cut off. The operating loci of the upper, shearing blade and the lower shearing blade are overlapped each other so that one falls inside the other, and the sheared surfaces of the metal plates are formed into a bonded portion by plastic flow deformation. Therein, since a compressive force is applied onto the portions to be bonded, the portion being defined by the amount of overlap, and the portions are compressed to form a compressed portion after completion of bonding, the bonding strength enhances. Besides, since the protrusions on the shearing blades generate a pressing force pressing the sheared surfaces onto each other, by an effect of their inclined surfaces, a compression force applied onto the bonded portion further increases.
