摘要： A mosquito and biting insect attracting apparatus that includes a heat element (a thermal lure), a source of carbon dioxide (CO2), and a source of a chemical biting insect attractant, such as octenol. The heat for the thermal lure and the source of CO2 are provided by a propane flame. The thermal lure includes a structure that surrounds a propane burner and that is heated by the burner to a temperature that is similar to that of a small animal, such as 95 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit. The structure includes a series of baffles and conduction elements that permit the structure to have a substantially constant heat signature, which is desirable for attracting mosquitoes and other biting insects. A mechanism may be provided for trapping or killing the attracted mosquitoes, such as an adhesive substance or an electronic grid.

摘要： A folding camping stove. The folding camping stove may be formed in a clamshell configuration, having two clamshells that fold outward to expose at least two cooking surfaces. Two pivot points are provided on the folding camping stove. Each of the clamshells folds about a separate pivot point. Fuel trains for the clamshells are positioned at the pivot points. A regulator and manifold assembly is provided for providing gas from a canister to the folding stove. The manifold splits the gas coming from the regulator and directs it to opposite sides of the folding stove. Each of the clamshells includes a cooking grate. The cooking grates appear symmetrical from a top view, but are slightly offset relative to one another so that the clamshells may be folded inward relative to each other and the grates may nest together.

摘要： A trap for mosquitos or biting insects. The trap utilizes combustion to generate CO2, which is used as an attractant. An elongate gas tip holder is provided for the mosquito trap and is removable without disassembly of the mosquito trap and with one or no tools. Combustion gases are routed down a column of the mosquito trap to a diffuser located in the base. An attractant such as octenol may be mounted in the column. A circuit is also provided for indicating operation of the mosquito trap.

摘要： An insect trap that utilizes a combustion chamber to produce carbon dioxide for an attractant. Combustion gasses from the combustion chamber are cooled in a conduit for the trap inlet. Thus, a single fan may be used for both drawing insects into the insect trap and for cooling the combustion chamber. Combustion gasses, after being cooled by the flow of air through the conduit connected to the trap inlet, may be further cooled by a cooling system, such as a thermoelectric device. As such, the insect trap of the present invention may be used to produce carbon dioxide, via combustion, at temperatures at or below ambient temperature.

摘要： A collapsible portable stove may include a chassis, side tables, a shelf assembly, leg assemblies, a fuel delivery system, a burner system, a windscreen assembly, and a hoist assembly. The side tables may slide outward to reveal the burner system and provide workspace. The shelf assembly may attach to an underside of the chassis for storage, to a topside of the chassis between the outward-slid side tables for table space, or beneath the chassis between the leg assemblies for shelf space. The leg assemblies may fold for storage and unfold to raise the stove to a low- or high-profile. In a collapsed position, the stove and its self-contained components resemble a rectangular suitcase. The stove may be expanded from the collapsed position to several possible configurations, optionally having high- or low-profiles, exposed and/or covered burners, side tables, a hoist assembly, and a middle shelf or a middle table.
