    摘要: A system is disclosed for identifying and preventing non-compliant uses of any portion of source code or other protected content. The system includes at least one processor and a memory storing instructions that cause the system to scan files located at a source location for excerpts of protected source code. The instructions may cause the system to create a temporary clone detection structure for the files at the source location. The instructions may cause the system to use the temporary clone structure and a pre-calculated clone structure for source code files in a protected code location, to identify code clones, and to generate data used to alert a user that the source location includes portions of source code from the protected code location. When clones are found, the instructions may optionally cause the system to prevent the copying of the files containing the code clones.

    摘要: A method and system is proposed for providing automated, electronic testing of a linear accelerator from a remote position. According to one aspect of the claimed subject matter, a system is described which includes a linear accelerator with a scope circuit board, a multiplexer printed circuit board and a computing device. The multiplexer printed circuit board is coupled to the linear accelerator at a plurality of signal sites or locations corresponding to common areas of interest. Signal data received by the multiplexer circuit board may be continuously streamed from the linear accelerator to the multiplexer through each “channel” of data. The multiplexer circuit board is configured to receive, as input, the data corresponding to the electrical activity. In a further embodiment, the multiplexer outputs a selection of signals corresponding to a user selection of one or more channels from a remote terminal.

    摘要: A subsystem for an exposure apparatus has at least one array of tilting mirrors placed in either an image reticle plane or a conjugate image plane to provide dynamic control of an illumination beam through an exposure field. In the system, an optical subsystem and a plurality of mirrors directs light to a reticle and a sensor senses the illumination distribution of the light at a wafer stage. When the at least one array of tilting mirrors is placed in the image reticle plane, a control is used to interpolate data of the illumination distribution sensed by the sensor, and then control movement of at least one mirror of the array of mirrors based on the interpolated data.

    摘要: A digital-to-analog driver capable of driving a speaker or other voice coil means and implementable using field effect semiconductor devices is disclosed. A plurality of switching field effect semiconductive constant current sources each having a control electrode and two current carrying electrodes are coupled in parallel at the current carrying electrodes thereof. Each switching field effect constant current sources preferably includes a field effect load device and a field effect switching device, the aforementioned control electrode preferably being the gate of the switching device. The respective width to length ratios of the active areas under the gates of the devices differ by a factor of two from each other. Therefore, the width to length ratio of the gates of a third one of the souces is twice the width to length ratio of the gates of a second one of the sources and four times the width to length ratio of the gates of a first one of the sources, and so forth. The gates of the switching devices receive the digital input signal and the resulting current flowing through the parallel coupled sources is a function of the magnitude of the digital signal applied to the gates of the switching devices. Preferably, the parallel coupled sources are coupled via a pair of switching devices to either side of a center tapped voice coil or speaker. Alternatively, embodiments using a center tapped transformer associated with the speaker and the embodiments not requiring a center tap are also disclosed.
