    摘要: A method of frequency tuning a piezoelectric device and apparatus for the implementation thereof. A piezoelectric device having at least one resonating function is formed by two metallized electrodes facing each other, on a face of a plate made of a piezoelectric material. An arranging step arranges the plate, fitted with the electrodes, in a tuning position in proximity to an ion source. Then, an exposing step exposes the plate to an ion flux produced by the source and the ions etch the metal. A measuring step measures the resonant frequency of the resonating function while the plate is in a tuning position. Finally, a raising step raises at least one electrode exposed to the ions to an adjustable bias voltage to control the rate at which the metal on the electrode is etched.

    摘要: A demodulator of an FM signal modulated about a carrier frequency with a modulation frequency has an RF oscillator configured to be synchronized, under identical conditions of operation, with oscillations at first and second frequencies used in the FM signal to encode respective pieces of information. The oscillator has a magnetoresistive device; and a low-pass filter connected to an output electrode of the magnetoresistive device to filter an oscillating signal, generated by the oscillator and to a rendering terminal to provide, as a demodulated electrical signal, the filtered signal, the cut-off frequency fc at −3 dB of this filter being strictly lower than the frequency and higher than the modulation frequency.

    摘要: The integrated microelectronics component comprises an electric conductor forming a transmission line element for a radio frequency electromagnetic wave. This electric conductor is surrounded at least partially by a preferably closed magnetic circuit, formed at least by superposition of a layer of ferromagnetic material having a saturation magnetization value greater than or equal to 800 kA/m and of a layer of magnetic material. The layer of magnetic material then generates a uniaxial magnetic anisotropy in the adjacent ferromagnetic layer. A high magnetization can then be combined with a high anisotropy, thus enabling operation in high frequency ranges, for example about 5 to 20 GHz.

The radiofrequency oscillator has a magnetoresistive device within which there flows a spin-polarized electrical current to generate a signal st(t) oscillating at the frequency ft on an output electrode connected to the rendering terminal. This device is formed by a stack of magnetic and non-magnetic layers, a synchronization terminal for synchronizing the frequency of the oscillating signal st(t) with the frequency of the signal received at the synchronization terminal. The synchronization terminal being connected to the output terminal of the first stage to receive the signal s0(t).
