摘要： A system and method for providing a personal broadcasting service using a mobile communication terminal with a multimedia broadcasting module are provided. A broadcasting service provider provides multimedia broadcasting content. A multimedia broadcasting terminal sends a channel selection signal to the broadcasting service provider, receives multimedia broadcasting content of a selected channel, and opens personal broadcasting. A normal terminal sends a multimedia broadcasting content request to the multimedia broadcasting terminal opening the personal broadcasting, and receives the multimedia broadcasting content from the multimedia broadcasting terminal opening the personal broadcasting.

摘要： A decoding device and a decoding method in a digital broadcast receiver are provided, in which received packet data is demultiplexed into video data and audio data, and decoding control signals of the respective data are extracted. An Estimated Program Clock Reference (EPCR) is generated from the decoding control signal of the audio data, and the EPCR is compared with the decoding control signal of the video data to generate a video decoding control signal. The demultiplexed video data is decoded in synchronous with the video decoding control signal, and then the decoded video data is outputted. The demultiplexed audio data is decoded in synchronous with the audio decoding control signal, and then the decoded audio data is outputted. Finally, the decoded video data and the decoded audio data are displayed and reproduced.

摘要： A device and method for inputting keys in a portable terminal, where a key used for performing functions of the portable terminal can be easily input. The device includes a key input unit including keys that have at least two regions on each key wherein data are arranged on each key to correspond to each region. The device also includes a controller unit for displaying the data on one of at least two regions of a key. For example, the region corresponds to a key input when the key provided to the key input unit is inputted and thereafter, displays only data arranged on a region in a corresponding region input mode of displaying only data arranged on one of at least two regions of a key when the key provided to the key input unit is inputted or displays data set to a key group including the inputted key.
