    摘要: An image processing apparatus and a method for enhancing depth are disclosed. The image processing apparatus may classify an input image into a foreground layer, a middle layer, a background layer, may calculate a representative color of each of the classified layers, and perform rendering of a color stereoscopy of the middle layer and a color stereoscopy of the background layer based on the representative color and a lightness of the background layer, thereby enhancing a stereoscopic effect and a depth. Also, a color temperature of the foreground layer and a color temperature of the middle layer are controlled based on the representative color and the background layer, to generate a difference in depth between the middle layer and the foreground layer, thereby representing an image having a more enhanced depth.

    摘要: An image processing apparatus and a method for enhancing depth are disclosed. The texture reproduction system including: a texture analysis unit to classify a pixel included in an input image using Red Green Blue (RGB) values of the pixel; a chroma correction unit to correct a chroma based on at least one of an average chroma value of the input image and a hue value of the pixel according to a classification of the pixel; and a spatial filter unit to output a final output value of the pixel via a high frequency component extracted using the RGB values for each pixel.
