Abstract: A bending and molding production line includes an unwinding mechanism, a feeding and straightening device, a cutting-off mechanism, a bending and molding device and a material loading mechanism, wherein the bending and molding device includes a base, the base is provided with two transverse sliding bases, the base is provided with a transverse driving device driving the transverse sliding bases, the base is provided with a central clamping device between the two transverse sliding bases, the transverse sliding bases are provided with a longitudinal sliding base in a sliding manner and are provided with a longitudinal driving device driving the longitudinal sliding base to slide, the longitudinal sliding base is provided with a bending and molding device, the transverse sliding base at the left side is provided with a left clamping device, and the transverse sliding base at the right side is provided with a right clamping device.

Abstract: A color sorting method for small-grain agricultural products combining an area scanning photoelectric characteristic and a line scanning photoelectric characteristic is provided. The present invention obtains an area scan image of small-grain agricultural product materials on a conveyor belt by using an area scan camera, which can accurately extract area array features of the materials and realize accurate identification of the unqualified materials. At the same time, the present invention can provide key parameters for accurate positioning during free falling of the materials while identifying the unqualified materials by using the area scan image, and can cooperate with the line scan positioning camera and the pneumatic nozzle to achieve high-speed elimination of the unqualified materials.

Abstract: A manufacturing process of a high-strength aluminum alloy wire/strip includes the following steps: A. subjecting an alloy to smelting and spray forming to obtain a high-strength Al—Zn—Mg—Cu aluminum alloy blank; B. subjecting the blank to semi-solid upset forging to form an ingot; C. subjecting the ingot to hot extrusion and then to vacuum annealing to form a coiled material; D. subjecting the coiled material to hot continuous rolling to obtain a wire blank; and E. subjecting the wire blank to solution heat treatment, multiple stretching treatments, annealing, and multiple continuous stretching treatments to obtain the high-strength aluminum alloy wire/strip. The high-strength aluminum alloy wire/strip has the characteristics of fine and compact grains, uniform structure, clear grain boundaries, no precipitates, and no layered structure affecting the stretching performance.

Abstract: A bending mold device for bidirectional pipe bending includes a mounting base which is horizontally arranged on a rack in a sliding manner. The mounting base includes a translation lead screw driving the mounting base to slide. The rack includes a lead screw nut. A pipe bending spindle is rotatably disposed on the mounting base and a power mechanism is disposed on the mounting base. The upper end of the pipe bending spindle is movably connected to a lower rotating base. The lower rotating base includes a first pipe bending shaft and a second pipe bending shaft, which respectively include a first bending mold lower mold and a second bending mold lower mold. The rack includes a cylinder above the lower rotating base. The end part of a piston rod of the cylinder fixedly includes an upper limiting plate and a lower limiting plate in a sleeving manner.
