摘要: One example provides a computing system comprising a depth sensor comprising a plurality of pixels, and a storage machine holding instructions executable by a logic machine to, for each pixel, make K phase measurements to form a set of noisy phase measurements, determine a location at which a projection line that passes through the set of noisy phase measurements in a K-dimensional phase space passes through a lower dimensional plane, the projection line being parallel to a noise free phase evolution line, compare the location to a plurality of independent terms of a predetermined matrix of points in the lower dimensional plane, locate a corresponding set of noiseless phase orders by using a selected set of independent terms to reference a look-up table, determine a distance value for the pixel based upon the corresponding set of noiseless phase orders, and output the distance value for the pixel.

摘要: Systems and methods for generating real-time resource reduction notifications are described. The system receives, for a user system, a resource consumption and a dataset during a first period of time. The system processes the dataset to determine other user systems similar to the user system. The system generates an expected resource consumption of the user system during the first period of time based on resource consumption during one or more periods of time for the similar user systems. If the resource consumption of the user system exceeds the expected resource consumption, the system determines an action to reduce resource consumption of the user system. The system receives a reduced resource consumption of the user system during a second period of time. The system generates a notification to the similar user systems indicating the executed action and an amount of reduction in resource consumption.

摘要: A color sorting method for small-grain agricultural products combining an area scanning photoelectric characteristic and a line scanning photoelectric characteristic is provided. The present invention obtains an area scan image of small-grain agricultural product materials on a conveyor belt by using an area scan camera, which can accurately extract area array features of the materials and realize accurate identification of the unqualified materials. At the same time, the present invention can provide key parameters for accurate positioning during free falling of the materials while identifying the unqualified materials by using the area scan image, and can cooperate with the line scan positioning camera and the pneumatic nozzle to achieve high-speed elimination of the unqualified materials.

摘要: An urban remote sensing image scene classification method in consideration of spatial relationships is provided and includes following steps of: cutting a remote sensing image into sub-images in an even and non-overlapping manner; performing a visual information coding on each of the sub-images to obtain a feature image Fv; inputting the feature image Fv into a crossing transfer unit to obtain hierarchical spatial characteristics; performing convolution of dimensionality reduction on the hierarchical spatial characteristics to obtain dimensionality-reduced hierarchical spatial characteristics; and performing a softmax model based classification on the dimensionality-reduced hierarchical spatial characteristics to obtain a classification result. The method comprehensively considers the role of two kinds of spatial relationships being regional spatial relationship and long-range spatial relationship in classification, and designs three paths in a crossing transfer unit for relationships fusion, thereby obtaining a better urban remote sensing image scene classification result.

摘要: State of the art systems and methods attempting to generate synthetic biosignals such as PPG generate patient specific PPG signatures and do not correlate with pathophysiological changes. Embodiments herein provide a method and system for generating synthetic time domain signals to build a classifier. The synthetic signals are generated using statistical explosion. Initially, a parent dataset of actual sample data of class and non-class subjects is identified, and statistical features are extracted. Kernel density estimate (KDE) is used to vary the feature distribution and create multiple data template from a single parent signal. PPG signal is again reconstructed from the distribution pattern using non-parametric techniques. The generated synthetic data set is used to build the two stage cascaded classifier to classify CAD and Non CAD, wherein the classifier design enables reducing bias towards any class.

For example, the disclosed systems access digital images from a camera viewfinder stream in connection with an undesired moving object depicted in the digital images. The disclosed systems generate a temporal window of the digital images concatenated with binary masks indicating the undesired moving object in each digital image. The disclosed systems further utilizes a generator as part of a 3D to 2D generative adversarial neural network in connection with the temporal window to generate a target digital image with the region associated with the undesired moving object in-painted. In at least one embodiment, the disclosed systems provide the target digital image to a camera viewfinder display to show a user how a future digital photograph will look without the undesired moving object.

摘要: In some aspects, systems and methods for efficiently clustering a large-scale dataset for improving the construction and training of machine-learning models, such as neural network models, are provided. A dataset used for training a neural network model configured can be clustered into a first set of clusters and a second set of clusters. The neural network model can be constructed with a number of nodes in a hidden layer that is based on the number of clusters in the first set of clusters. The neural network can be trained based on training samples selected from the second set of clusters. In some aspects, the trained neural network model can be utilized to satisfy risk assessment queries to compute output risk indicators for target entities. The output risk indicator can be used to control access to one or more interactive computing environments by the target entities.
