Abstract:
A louver canopy comprises a frame with a top disposed with parallel rafters; a plurality of louvers rotationally connected between the rafters and sequentially arranged along a length direction of the rafters, the louvers are disposed at intervals and parallel to each other, each of the louvers includes an elongated flashing; a baffle connected to a first long side of the flashing; an elongated first guide groove formed between the baffle and the flashing; When the louvers rotate to a closed state, an opening of the first guide groove faces upward, and a second long side of the flashing passes over a top of the baffle of an adjacent louver of the louvers and positions above the first guide groove of the adjacent louver.
Abstract:
A memory refresh method applicable in a system memory is disclosed. The memory system comprises a plurality of memory ranks. It is to determine whether an access request corresponds to the memory rank, and an idle auto-refresh number of the memory rank is calculated if there is no access request corresponds to the memory rank. The memory rank is switched from an auto-refresh mode to a self-refresh mode when the idle auto-refresh number of the memory rank reaches a predetermined value.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of optically enhanced chiral ionic liquids, particularly for gas chromatography and as a reaction solvent. Specific optically enhanced chiral cationic liquids are described as is a class of optically enhanced chiral anionic liquids.

Abstract:
Methods for expansion of antigen-specific T cells are provided. Said methods include following steps: generating antigen-specific T cells by stimulation of T cells with antigen A; introducing genes encoding immune recognition molecule specific to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule bound with a peptide derived from antigen B into the antigen A specific T cell to produce bi-specific T cells recognizing both target cells expressing antigen A peptide associated MHC and target cells expressing antigen B peptide associated MHC; stimulating the bi-specific T cells by antigen A for expansion of the bi-specific T cells in vitro or in vivo. Methods of the present invention can be applied to expand various of T cells with specific to cancer cells with tumor antigen peptide loaded MHC molecules for adoptive therapy against unmet medical need such as tumors etc.
Abstract:
A method of separation and/or recovery of a precious metal from a solution containing said precious metal in ionic form, optionally in the presence of impurities, including the step of contacting a solution containing said precious metal in ionic form with a conducting polymer. The method is generally applicable to precious metals including platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd) and more particularly gold (Au). The ionic species may be anionic (for example [AuCl4]−) or cationic. The polymer may be for example, a polypyrrole or polythiophene, optionally doped and are preferably in a high surface area form eg. coated onto cloth or RVC or in self supporting colloidal form. The polymer may also contain species to give further functionality, eg magnetic or heat sensitive species.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a salt of quaternary ammonium of an acid drug in the form of a suspension or an emulsion, suitable for parenteral administration and providing a sustained release of the drug. In one preferred embodiment, the present invention is directed to a long term sustained release composition for parenteral administration, comprising a salt of heparin or low molecular weight heparin in an emulsion with a salt of acylcholine, for the prevention and treatment of venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
Abstract:
A Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) controller for controlling read and write operations of a DRAM includes a storage unit and a control unit. The storage unit stores a first predetermined size of data including data written into the DRAM in response to a previous partial write request, and stores the corresponding store addresses of the first predetermined size of data in the DRAM. The control unit, in response to a read request, determines whether there exists any address in the store addresses equal to a read address of the read request, and read data corresponding to the read address from the storage unit when there exists same address in the store addresses equal to the read address.
