Abstract: A fixing structure for an auxiliary bearing of an electric drive assembly and an electric drive assembly are disclosed. The fixing structure comprises a bearing pressing plate, a bolt, a lock nut, an auxiliary bearing outer ring and an auxiliary bearing inner ring. The bearing pressing plate is provided with a through hole, the housing is provided with a threaded hole, and the bolt passes through the through hole and is fixed in the threaded hole. The bearing pressing plate pre-tightens one side of the auxiliary bearing outer ring, and the housing limits a position of the other side of the auxiliary bearing outer ring. The lock nut is sleeved on the shaft to pre-tighten one side of the auxiliary bearing inner ring, and the gear limits a position of the other side of the auxiliary bearing inner ring. The bearing fixing solution has a simple structure; moreover, the inner and outer rings of the bearing are pre-tightened by threads, thereby avoiding over-positioning of the bearing, reducing the running noise of the bearing, and improving the service life of bearing.

Abstract: An electric drive assembly is provided with oil/water dual cooling that includes a motor module, a gearbox module, a water cooling module and an oil cooling module. The oil cooling module has three oil cooling passages, and introduces the lubricating oil in the gearbox into the front and rear windings of the motor, thereby improving the cooling performance of the motor, eliminating the need for a motor shaft oil seal, reducing the cost of the drive assembly and improving the transmission efficiency. The water cooling module cools the motor housing through the motor water jacket, and cools the lubricating oil in the gearbox housing through the heat sink at the bottom of the gearbox, thereby solving the heat dissipation problem when the gearbox operates at high speed constantly, and thus improving the service life and reliability of the gear and bearing.

Abstract: A power shaft structure of an electric drive assembly is disclosed. The power shaft structure comprises a main shaft, a right end of the main shaft is located inside a motor and fixedly connected to a rotor of the motor, and a left end of the main shaft is located inside a reducer and fixedly connected to a driving gear and a parking gear of the reducer. At least one side of the driving gear is provided with an axially extending flange, and at least one side of the parking gear is provided with an axially extending flange. A bushing is provided between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the driving gear and the main shaft as well as between an inner hole of one flange at one side of the parking gear and the main shaft for radial positioning of the driving gear and the parking gear, so that the driving gear, the parking gear, and the main shaft are on the same axis, thereby improving the stability and NVH performance of the electric drive assembly.

Abstract: An electric drive gearbox assembly with stepped hole positioning is disclosed. Specifically, the electric drive gearbox assembly comprises a first housing, a second housing and a positioning pin. The first housing is provided with a first positioning hole on its connecting surface. The second housing is provided with a second positioning hole corresponding to the first positioning hole. The first housing and the second housing are positioned and connected through the first positioning hole, the second positioning hole and the positioning pin. The first positioning hole and/or the second positioning hole are stepped holes. The stepped hole comprises a guiding section close to an open end of the stepped hole and an engaging section far away from the open end of the stepped hole. An aperture of the guiding section is larger than an aperture of the engaging section. The guiding section is used to guide the positioning pin into the engaging section. In the electric drive gearbox assembly, the first housing can be pre-positioned when assembled with the second housing, and the first housing can be radially adjusted relative to the second housing during pre-positioning, so as to facilitate the positioning and assembly of the first housing and the second housing, and promote automated and batch assembly of the electric drive assembly.

Abstract: A liquid cooling heat dissipation structure and a gearbox casing that includes heat dissipation structure are disclosed. The heat dissipation structure includes a coolant tank and a cover plate that is used to seal the coolant tank. Two ends of the coolant tank are respectively provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. Abstract: A water cooling structure of a reducer and a reducer assembly are disclosed. The water cooling structure comprises a chamber formed by a reducer housing and a cover plate, and the cover plate is fixedly connected to the chamber. The chamber is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet respectively. The chamber is also provided with one or several partition plates on two opposite side walls. The partition plates are arranged in an interdigitating manner and each of the partition plates is connected with only one side wall of the chamber, and there is a gap between the partition plates and the opposite other side wall of the chamber, so as to form an S-shaped water path. The water inlet and water outlet are respectively disposed at both ends of the water path. A plurality of baffles are further vertically provided on the partition plates and side walls of the chamber that are parallel to the partition plates, and the baffles are arranged in an interdigitating manner. The water cooling structure disclosed in the present disclosure is integrated with the reducer housing into one part, and thus has a simple structure, saves space and is convenient to arrange on the vehicle. Moreover, the cooling efficiency is further improved by the above special structure.
