摘要: The invention relates to the information storage. It consists of a computer, a precise rotary table, a writing laser source, a readout laser source, a spatial filter, a spatial light modulator, lens, mirrors, photorefractive crystals (such as doubly doped lithium niobate), and a phase-mismatch adjustor; Due to used a green light (532 nm) as the writing light, and a red light (670 nm) as the readout light, the signal-to-noise ratio is improved greatly and the problem of fixing the stored information is solved. The transmission configuration is used to realize the high-density digital storage in which the irregular lens is designed to work as a phase-mismatch adjustor and read out the whole stored image with no distortion and loss. The dynamically differential encoding and decoding technique is used to suppress the bit-error-rate to lower than 10−6.

摘要: An information notification method is applied in a network with separated identity identifier and location to notify the correspondent node to update the location identifier of the terminal. The method includes: a terminal establishes a communication with a correspondent node, a first access node which the terminal accesses reports to a home identity location register (ILR) of the terminal the mapping information about the identity identifier and location identifier of the correspondent node of the terminal, and the ILR stores the mapping information about the correspondent node of the terminal; and after having acquired a new location identifier of the terminal, the ILR sends a notification of updating the location identifier of the terminal to one or more access nodes which the correspondent node accesses according to the stored mapping information about the correspondent node of the terminal, carrying the identity identifier and new location identifier of the terminal.

摘要: A data transmission technique where high speed data is transmitted differentially in a forward channel by way of a serial link, and relatively low speed data is differentially modulated onto the forward channel signal for transmission in a reverse channel via the link. By utilizing differential modulation in both forward and reverse channels, the resulting signal has a common mode voltage that is substantially constant, resulting in low EM!. The spectral content of the signal associated with the high speed data may be substantially non-overlapping with the spectral content of the signal associated with the low speed data. This facilitates the recovery of the high speed data and low speed data with minimal interference. The differential signaling lends itself for communicating data via an inexpensive medium, such as twisted wire pair or parallel PCB traces. The data transmission technique applies to various communication network topologies: point-to-point, daisy-chain, and point-to-multiple points.

摘要: A photolithographic apparatus for use with a photo-resist comprises a first component that generates a first chemical substance and produces a chemical amplification action and a second component that generates a second chemical substance. The photolithographic apparatus comprises a first exposure subsystem for selectively illuminating a surface of the photo-resist using a light of a first wavelength band such that the first component generates the first chemical substance and a second exposure subsystem for uniformly illuminating the surface using a light of a second wavelength band such that the second component generates the second chemical substance. The second chemical substance reacts with the first chemical substance to reduce the mass concentration of the first chemical substance in the photo-resist and improves the contrast of a latent image of the first chemical substance formed in the photo-resist.
