摘要： A film bag formed by folding a film has a front surface, a back surface, a laid-in first side fold, and a laid-in second side fold. The bag is closed off by a longitudinal sealing seam and a head sealing seam. The head sealing seam has a step shape, with a first head sealing seam segment extending from the outside edge of the second side fold to the ends of the re-closure strip attached to the inside of the front and back surfaces, and a second head sealing seam segment that follows the first in step shape and connects a bag segment that projects upward, at the edges, forming a seal, and extends to the outside edge of the bag, along the first side fold. The projecting bag segment can be removed entirely or in part, along a separating line disposed above the re-closure strip.

摘要： A film bag that forms a sealed film package, with bag surfaces made of an at least two-layered composite film that has a heat-sealable polyolefin inner layer and a non-sealable outer layer. There is at least one carrying handle made of a heat-sealable film. The bag surfaces have window-like openings spaced away from the edges of the film bag, which are covered by film tabs on the inside of the bag. The film tabs are sealed by a heat-sealable first side to the layer of the bag surfaces on the inside of the bag, and each is joined to it by a sealing seam that surrounds the associated opening as an air-tight closure. Each of the ends of the at least one carrying handle is sealed in the region of the openings to the heat-sealable first side of the film tabs covering the openings.

The resealable closure (3), including its slide (5), is arranged at a distance from the upper bag edge (7) inside the bag. At least one front face (1′) of the bag contains a punched-out area (8) for the slide (5) which is matched to the dimensions of the slide (5) and in which the slide (5) is positioned before the bag is used for the first time. The invention also relates to a method for producing the described film bag.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device for producing foil bags comprising V-shaped inserted lateral folds and a reclosing mechanism with a slide in a top filling hole. The inventive method encompasses the following steps: window-shaped blanks (10) which delimit the top end of the subsequently formed lateral folds as well as slide blanks (11) are introduced into a planar sheeting. Reclosing mechanisms (6) that are composed of two superimposed and interconnected profiled strips and a slide are placed on the planar sheeting (2) perpendicular to the direction of the sheeting in such a way that the slides lie inside the slide blanks (11). The reclosing mechanisms (6) are connected to the sheeting only at the ends. The sheeting (2) is then directed through a folding station (7) in which the sheeting is folded and lateral folds are molded thereinto. The reclosing mechanisms (6) are joined to the sheeting by means of a sealing seam while the top end of the lateral folds is incorporated thereinto. The superimposed foil layers are finally joined by means of additional sealing seams so as to obtain a run (16) of bags which comprises bag-shaped sections and from which individual foil bags (17) are cut off.

摘要： Foil bags each having V-shaped inset side gussets offset from the upper edge and a resealable closure in an upper opening are made by first stamping notches out of the longitudinal edges of a first foil strip is provided having stamped-out edge notches. Then side gussets are formed on the edges between the notches, and resealable closure strips are mounted on the foil strip sealing the upper edges of the side gussets. A second flat foil strip is set on the side gussets and closure strips of the first foil strip and bonded to the edges of the gussets of the first foil strip to form a gusseted tube. Further welds form the tube into a sectioned strand from which foil bags can be separated.
