    摘要: The present invention relates to a process and to a device for the control of draft in a drafting system for textile fiber material, whereby a measuring element (MS) which measures the moving fiber material (FM) before its entry into the drafting system (S) transmits measured values (M1 . . . Mn) to a draft regulating system (VR) and whereby the fiber material (FM) is drafted by means of the operating elements of the drafting system after passage of a delay time which is a function of the deviation of the measured values (M1 . . . Mn) from a target value (SW). It is the object of the invention to substantially eliminate fluctuations of the thickness of the fiber material through compensation in a drafting system with draft regulation. This object is attained in that the measured values (M1 . . . Mn) are transmitted to a correction device (SE) and in that an evolution of the draft (K2) and/or a regulating error value (K3) are derived in the correction device (SE) from the measured values (M1 . . . Mn) and/or their deviations from the target value (SW) and/or from the delay time in order to find error correction values (KW) which influence the drafting of the fiber material.

    摘要: A process and an apparatus for storing of a textile material between operating components of spinning mill machines, wherein a first driving device drives an operating component which delivers the material into a storage facility and a second driving device drives another operating component which removes the material from the storage facility. One of the operating components is a high-dynamically reacting component, and the other operating component is a low-dynamically reacting component. The purpose of the invention is to minimize the size of the storage facility and to simultaneously reduce the amount of stored material. This is accomplished in that the quantity of delivered and removed material at any given time is continually measured and a running difference between the two quantities is determined. Dependent upon either a positive or a negative difference from standard, the RPM of the motor (M1) of the driving device for the low-dynamically reacting component (AO1) is controllably adjusted.

    摘要: The invention concerns a process and an apparatus for the storage of a textile material between operating components of spinning mill machines, wherein a first driving means drives an operating component which delivers the material into a storage facility and a second driving means drives another operating component which removes the material from the storage facility. A selected transient signal of the fiber sliver thickness starts the process for a limited time span so that, independently of the existing regulation, the response signal is detected at the drawing frame output and its difference with the input signal is evaluated in order to correct the regulation onset point and/or the intensity of regulation.

    摘要: The yarn (31) is fed substantially tangentially from a feed station (30) to the feed end (101) of an accumulator roller (10) of a yarn accumulator (1), drivable by a rotary drive means (120). The yarn is dischargeable from an exit end (103) of this accumulator roller (10) counter to the action of a restraining element (14) through a yarn guide means (4) arranged in prolongation of the axis (122) of the accumulator roller. The restraining element (14) is of radially outwardly open construction and is formed by a yarn restraining ring drivable relative to the accumulator roller (10). The ring includes a radially outwardly open yarn restrainer (141). The yarn guide means (4) consists of two mutually separable yarn guide components (40, 41) and is constructed as a yarn conveyor which deflects the yarn (31) out of a prescribed yarn path (32) into a yarn path intersecting the path of the revolving yarn restrainer (141). In order to measure the yarn length accumulated on the accumulator roller (10), the yarn-revolution monitoring-device (50) and a device (23) to determine the yarn rotation direction are associated with the accumulator roller (10), both of which are associated for control with an impulse counter (5). This impulse counter (5) is switchable from forward counting to backward counting or vice versa as a function of a change in the yarn rotation direction.
