摘要: An electronic fund transfer (EFT) system for managing and transferring electronic funds from a user's financial account to a credit system includes a credit system configured to dispense credit to a user via physical or electronic credit means, an electronic fund transfer (EFT) device, a secure payment gateway configured to connect to the user's financial accounts via a financial asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) network, a host system connected to the credit system via a local network, a funds management portal connected to the host system and the secure payment gateway, and means for transferring electronic funds from the user's financial account to the credit system via the secure payment gateway. The funds management portal accounts and reconciles the transferred electronic funds. All communications between the secure payment gateway and the host system pass through the funds management portal. The EFT device includes a secure client-side application for receiving instructions from the user for transferring electronic funds from the user's financial account to the credit system and means for transmitting the fund transfer instructions to the user's financial account. The EFT device is configured to connect to the secure payment gateway and to communicate with the user's financial account and to transmit the instructions for transferring electronic funds from the user's financial account to the credit system via the secure payment gateway.

摘要: The present invention is directed to automatically analyzing software systems for identifying faults or bugs and/or detection of malicious code. In various embodiments, the present invention measures code coverage for high priority invocable program elements, uses a relaxed coverage estimation technique that, instead of guaranteeing which code units will be executed, guarantees that at least a certain number of code units will be executed, determines and solves constraints in code to identify infeasible paths containing one or more selected nodes, determines, for a composite data type, a range of values for each of at least two non-composite data fields, and/or translates, prior to code analysis complex code into simpler code having fewer operators.

摘要: A telephone of the corded or portable type includes a light source. The light source may or may not have an ability to be pivoted or swiveled to illuminate a desired portion of a room. In the case of a corded telephone, the light source may be detachable from the telephone. The light source may be automatically activated to provide emergency illumination when a power failure condition exists in a building. The light source may also be manually activated to provide a convenient illumination source for the user.

摘要: A handheld electrocardiogram monitor with electrodes mounted on swing arms which are rotatably mounted on the bottom case of the ECG monitor housing, to which the swing arms are frictionally engaged and also engaged by means of a detent mechanism which includes a combination of detent grooves and ball spring plungers. The grooves are provided with 60.degree. spacing on standoffs mounted on the swing arm, and the ball plungers are mounted on the bottom case of the monitor in positions 90.degree. apart about the rotational axis. The 60.degree. phasing of the grooves combines with the 90.degree. spacing of the plungers to provide 30.degree. indexing.
