    摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed for coordinating enforcement of policies on a network and/or a wireless transmit/receive unit. The policies may include stakeholder-specific policies of one or more stakeholders that provide services on a user equipment. Enforcement of the stakeholder-specific policies may be securely coordinated using a policy coordination function. Systems, methods, and apparatus are also disclosed that include a network policy coordination function (NPCF) that coordinates service control policies and access control policies. The NPCF may coordinate enforcement of the service control policies for one or more service control entities and the access control policies for one or more access control entities.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for performing session duplication are provided. A communication session between a first wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and a remote device may be duplicated to add a second WTRU to the communication session without disruption of the communication session on the first WTRU or the remote device. The communication session may be duplicated by a network unit in response to a policy or a communication session duplication request. The first WTRU or the second WTRU may initiate session duplication by transmitting a communication session duplication request. Session duplication may include duplication of one or more media flows associated with the communication session. Session duplication may include transferring or sharing control of the communication session.

    摘要: The invention relates to a setting-up of calls of different types between a subscriber and a mobile subscriber of a mobile radio communication network. The subscriber can initiate calls of different types by specifying compatibility information in the call set-up request and a home location register (HLR) in the mobile radio communication network (PLMN) obtains all attributes of the mobile bearer capability needed for any specific type of call in the PLMN, even if the compatibility information is filtered due to the transfer of the call set-up request through the network protocols. Instead of having to remember a plurality of numbers for a plurality of different types of calls, the subscriber may only use one single number and the compatibility information to specify the entire requirements of bearer capabilities necessary to support the call in the PLMN. Instead of using the conventional multiple-numbering scheme, the invention regenerates missing bearer capability attributes by using a contour selection matching process.
