    摘要： The invention provides a packaging means for retaining vapour active pyrethroids comprising a holder and a cellulosic based substrate or matrix impregnated and/or dosed with the vapour active pyrethroid, wherein the holder comprises a topl), a bases and a longitudinal member vertically extending from between the topw and base, and wherein the cellulosic matrix has a honeycomb configuration adapted to be retained between the top and base and has a surface area so as to achieve sufficient emanation of the vapour active pyrethroid to control flying insects. The invention also provides methods of emanating vapour active pyrethroids and the use of packaging means according to the invention for retaining and emanating vapour active pyrethroids.

    摘要： An improved ignition means for a muzzle loading weapon which is adapted to fire a projectile, and comprises a barrel, an ignition means adapted to receive a primer charge comprising a cylindrical casing having an explosive charge within, and an annular flange at one end which extends outwardly radially from the casing, and a hammer adapted to ignite the primer charge. The improved ignition means comprises a primer receiver having a well with a distal portion and a proximal portion. The distal portion communicates with a powder charge receiving portion of the barrel, and the proximal portion has an open end. The proximal portion of the well has a first diameter, and the distal portion of the well has a smaller second diameter. The second diameter is less than a predetermined diameter of a primer cylindrical casing and is spaced from the open end a distance less than a predetermined length of a primer, so that when a primer charge is inserted into the well through its open end, the primer charge casing frictionally engages the smaller diameter of the proximal portion to hold the primer charge within the well with its annular flange outside of the well and spaced from the opening. Additionally, a tool is provided for grasping a primer to insert it into the well and for prying a recalcitrant primer out of the well.

The blades can then be adjusted and aligned such that when located in the rotor they will be accurately positioned. With a serrated root, the root is located near the plate and held with steeple screws. With a forked root, there is a post between the fork. A finger root is secured between sidewalls.

    摘要： A dynamic sealing arrangement for preventing leakage of a fluid along a shaft includes multiple seals and pressurized barrier sealant is presented. According to one aspect, at least three seals are arranged along the shaft with pressurized barrier sealant between the first and second seals and a collection area is provided between the second and third seals to collect any leakage that might occur. Collected leakage, if any, is ported to an output port. According to another aspect, a unitary seal block member is provided that supports the dynamic sealing arrangement for the shaft and defines a piston chamber and a drilled passageway connecting the piston chamber and barrier sealant pressurization chamber between two seals. A substantial amount of plumbing is self contained in a single body minimizing the need for additional components or complexity.
