摘要: The present disclosure provides a device for intracorporeal use which comprises an implant or a temporary device and at least one source of myolimus or a derivative thereof. The present disclosure also provides a method of inhibiting cell proliferation, inflammation or cytokine production by systemic or local administration of a therapeutically effective amount of myolimus or a derivative thereof. Further included in the present disclosure is a method of treating an ophthalmic condition or disease by administering a therapeutically effective amount of myolimus or a derivative thereof.
