    Abstract: A variable refrigerant flow system for a building includes a plurality of indoor units, a first outdoor unit, an outdoor meter, and a variable refrigerant flow management system. The plurality of indoor units configured to generate activation requests. The first outdoor unit is configured to receive the activation requests and, in response to the activation requests, provide a refrigerant to the plurality of indoor units. The outdoor meter is configured to provide an outdoor unit electricity consumption measurement. The variable refrigerant flow management system is configured to receive the outdoor unit electricity consumption measurement and activation data indicating the activation requests and apportion an outdoor share of the outdoor electricity consumption measurement to each of the plurality of indoor units based on the activation data.

    Abstract: A building management system for monitoring equipment status is provided. The building management system includes a processing circuit configured to generate one or more constants for a piece of building equipment based on thresholds and device specific templates. The constants are equation based relationships between a value and a threshold. The processing circuit is further configured to generate one or more sub-rules based on the one or more constants and one or more equipment points. The sub-rules are equation based relationships between the one or more constants and the one or more equipment points. The processing circuit is further configured to generate a rule based on the one or more sub-rules and the one or more equipment points. The rule is an equation based relationship between the one or more sub-rules and the one or more equipment points and indicates whether the piece of building equipment is experiencing a fault.

    Abstract: A processor is configured to receive an electronic item comprising an object signature and corresponding to a building infrastructure item, such as space, equipment, monitoring point, etc. The processor is configured to validate the object signature, including determining, based on the object signature, a data source associated with the building infrastructure item. For each of the plurality of data objects from the data source, where each data object corresponds to a particular installation of the building infrastructure item, the processor is configured to determine a signature suffix associated with a current version and/or current configuration of the particular installation. The processor is configured to generate a validated object signature, including appending the signature suffix to the object signature. The processor is configured to identify a target computing system and transmit the validated object signature to the target computing system (e.g., in the form of a representational state transfer (REST) message.).

    Abstract: A system includes a communications interface communicably coupled to a computing environment and a client device corresponding to a first tenant of a plurality of tenants of the computing environment. The computing environment includes a plurality of resources, at least one resource being accessible by the client device, and a processing circuit including a processor and memory, the memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations including generating a multi-organization token for the at least one resource based on credentials corresponding to the first tenant, receiving a request to access the at least one resource in the computing environment, the request including the first tenant-specific token, determining whether the first tenant-specific token is valid, and providing access to the at least one resource in the computing environment responsive to a determination that the first tenant-specific token is valid.
