Abstract: The building management system includes building equipment located in a plurality of locations and configured to provide data relating to operation of the building equipment and a fault notification system. The fault notification system is configured to collect the data from the building equipment, detect a fault in the operation of the building equipment based on the data, identify a fault location of the fault from the plurality of locations, identify a user location of the user from the plurality of locations, determine whether the user location matches the fault location, and in response to a determination that the user location matches the fault location, provide a graphical user interface to a user. The graphical user interface identifies the fault.

The processing circuit is further configured to cause the work order to include task details for resolving the one or more faults. The task details are based on the one or more diagnostics associated with the one or more faults.

Abstract: A building management system for monitoring equipment status is provided. The building management system includes a processing circuit configured to generate one or more constants for a piece of building equipment based on thresholds and device specific templates. The constants are equation based relationships between a value and a threshold. The processing circuit is further configured to generate one or more sub-rules based on the one or more constants and one or more equipment points. The sub-rules are equation based relationships between the one or more constants and the one or more equipment points. The processing circuit is further configured to generate a rule based on the one or more sub-rules and the one or more equipment points. The rule is an equation based relationship between the one or more sub-rules and the one or more equipment points and indicates whether the piece of building equipment is experiencing a fault.

The building management system also includes a controller configured to adjust an operation of building equipment based on the aggregate metric.
