The BIM includes a plurality of BIM objects representing the building equipment. The BAS includes an integrated BAS-BIM viewer configured to use the BIM with the integrated BAS points to generate a user interface. The user interface includes a graphical representation of the BIM objects and the BAS points integrated therewith.

Abstract: A building system of a building includes one or more memory devices configured to store instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive building data from multiple sensors in multiple areas of the building indicating operation of the building. The instructions cause the one or more processors to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) based on the building data and compare the KPIs to the building data. The instructions also cause the one or more processors to identify a user and a persona of the user, determine a set of KPIs relevant to the user, and generate a user interface based on the persona of the user to display the KPIs. The instructions then cause the one or more processors to present details of KPIs displayed on the user interface and options for affecting components of the building to adjust the KPIs.

Abstract: A variable refrigerant flow system for a building includes a plurality of indoor units, a first outdoor unit, an outdoor meter, and a variable refrigerant flow management system. The plurality of indoor units configured to generate activation requests. The first outdoor unit is configured to receive the activation requests and, in response to the activation requests, provide a refrigerant to the plurality of indoor units. The outdoor meter is configured to provide an outdoor unit electricity consumption measurement. The variable refrigerant flow management system is configured to receive the outdoor unit electricity consumption measurement and activation data indicating the activation requests and apportion an outdoor share of the outdoor electricity consumption measurement to each of the plurality of indoor units based on the activation data.

Abstract: A building management system includes a meter configured to collect meter data. The building management system also includes a data analytics center, an interface generator, and a dynamic linking system. The data analytics center is configured to receive the meter data from the meter, associate the meter data with a space; and apply the meter data as an input to an algorithm to generate a metric related to the space. The interface generator is configured to generate a user interface that allows a user to add or delete a link between the meter and the space. The dynamic linking system is configured to dynamically alter the algorithm to include or exclude the meter data when generating the metric related to the space in response to the user adding or deleting the link between the meter and the space via the user interface.
