摘要： In an array substrate, a display apparatus having the same and a method for repairing the same, a substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area that is adjacent to the display area. A plurality of signal transmitting lines are formed in the peripheral area of the substrate. A plurality of signal lines are formed in the display area of the substrate and connected to the signal transmitting lines. A repair part is formed in the peripheral area of the substrate. The repair part intersects and is insulated from the signal transmitting lines so as to repair a first opened signal transmitting line of the signal transmitting lines. Thus, the array substrate may be produced in high-yield and prevent signal distortion.

摘要： Disclosed is a thin film transistor array panel including a substrate, a data line formed on the substrate, a gate line that intersects the data line and includes a gate electrode, a source electrode connected to the data line, and a drain electrode facing the source electrode. An organic semiconductor contacts the source electrode and the drain electrode via an insulating layer having an opening that defines the location of the organic semiconductor. The insulating layer includes an acrylic photosensitive resin having a fluorine-containing compound. A method of manufacturing the above-described thin film transistor array panel is disclosed.
