    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing formic acid formates, whereby (a) formic acid methyl ester is partially hydrolysed with water; (b) formic acid methyl ester and methanol are separated by distillation from the reaction mixture obtained in step (a), forming a current containing formic acid and water; (c) the current obtained in step (b), containing the formic acid methyl ester and optionally methanol, is converted into a current containing formate and water, by (i) reaction with a basic compound having a pKa value of the corresponding acid of the corresponding dissociation step of=3, measured at 25° C. in an aqueous solution, in the presence of water, and (ii) separation by distillation of the methanol; and (d) the current obtained in step (b), containing formic acid and water, and the current obtained in step (c), containing formate and water, are combined to form a mixture containing the formic acid formate and water. The invention also relates in a device for producing said formic acid formates and to the use of the same.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol monoacrylic acid esters and monomethacrylic acid esters, and a process for the preparation of copolymers of such poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid esters with acrylic acid or methacrylic acid and the use of the polymers as a plasticizing additive in cement-containing preparations.The preparation of the poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol monoacrylic acid esters and monomethacrylic acid esters is effected by reacting acrylic anhydride or methacrylic anhydride ((meth)acrylic anhydride A below) with a poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol compound P carrying at least one OH group in the presence of a base, the base being selected from basic compounds which have a solubility in the poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol compound P of not more than 10 g/l at 90° C., and the molar ratio of (meth)acrylic anhydride A to compound P (molar ratio A:P) being in the range from 1:1 to 1.095:1, preferably in the range from 1.005:1 to 1.09:1, in particular in the range from 1.01:1 to 1.085:1 and particularly preferably in the range from 1.02:1 to 1.08:1.The preparation of copolymers of (meth)acrylic acid with poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid esters comprises: i) preparation of a poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid ester by reacting (meth)acrylic anhydride A with a poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol compound P carrying at least one OH group in the presence of a base by processes according to the invention, and ii) free radical copolymerization of the poly-C2-C4-alkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylic acid ester obtained in step i) with acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid and, if appropriate, further ethylenically unsaturated monomers.
