摘要: Disclosed are methods for separating, recovering, and purifying cannabidiolic acid (CBDA) salts from an organic solvent solution comprising a mixture of cannabinoids. The methods comprise solubilizing the mixture of cannabinoids in C5-C7 hydrocarbon solvents, adding thereto a selected amine to thereby precipitate a CBDA-amine salt therefrom, dissolving the recovered CBDA-amine salt in a selected solvent and then adding thereto a selected antisolvent to thereby recrystallizing a purified CBDA-amine salt therefrom. The recrystallized CBDA-amine salt may be decarboxylated to form a mixture of cannabidiol (CBD) and amine. The CBD amine mixture may be acidified to separate the amine from CBD. The recovered CBD may be concentrated to produce a highly purified CBD. Also disclosed are CBDA-amine salts produced with certain amines selected from groups of secondary amines, tertiary amines, diamines, amino alcohols, amino ethers, and highly basic amines.

摘要: The invention provides a DMF recycling method, the method comprises: neutralization step, extraction and crystallization step, layering step, evaporation step; a condensate obtained by evaporation of the upper layer liquid phase is recycled into the anti-solvent, a concentrated solution obtained by evaporation of the upper layer liquid phase and a condensate obtained by evaporation of the lower layer liquid phase are mixed to obtain a crude DMF solution for recycling of DMF. The recycling method overcomes the problem that acetic acid in the stock solution corrodes the equipment and produces impurities, so as to improve the recycling purity and reduce the equipment cost.

摘要: A method of generating an oligosaccharide encapsulated cannabidiol (CBD) formulation includes forming a cannabidiol ethanol mixture comprising ethanol and cannabidiol, forming an oligosaccharide CBD slurry by mixing the oligosaccharide with the cannabidiol ethanol mixture. The slurry is heated and mixed in a pressurized chamber to form a colloidal mixture, which is distributed into a tray as a layer. A cover is added to the tray to form an evaporation vessel, which is heated in a heating chamber. A rapid cooling process is performed on the colloidal mixture layer by removing the cover and spraying pulverized dry ice on the layer. The rapid cooling process is repeated until crystal formation is detected within the layer, the crystals including oligosaccharide encapsulated cannabidiol. An oligosaccharide encapsulated cannabidiol formulation includes cannabidiol and at least one oligosaccharide in a ratio in the range between about 1000:1 to 2200:1 (w/w) of CBD.

摘要: There is disclosed a process for the separation of long chain amino acid and long chain dibasic acid, comprising: (1) cooling the hydrolysis solution to crystallize and separate alkali salt of long chain dibasic acid to provide an aqueous solvent solution; (2) distilling the aqueous solvent solution of step (1) to recover the solvent and to recover alkylamine; (3) cooling the residual solution of step (2) to precipitate and separate alkali salt of long chain amino acid to provide a mother liquor; (4) adding an acid to the mother liquor of step (3) to yield alkanoic acid; (5) adding an acid to an aqueous solution of the alkali salt of long chain dibasic acid of step (1) to obtain long chain dibasic acid; and (6) neutralizing the alkali salt of long chain amino acid of step (3) with an acid to obtain long chain amino acid.
