    摘要: A temperature and humidity alerting system (THAS) that is designed to alert a medical practitioner or a caregiver when a clothed, diapered or bedridden person has inadvertently urinated or defecated. The THAS is comprised of a data transmitting unit and a data receiving unit. The data transmitting unit utilizes a temperature indicating probe and a humidity indicating probe that each produce a signal when their threshold temperature and/or humidity levels are exceeded. The resulting signal is applied to a data receiving unit where the signal is further processed by a microprocessor that produces a data output signal and a humidity output signal that are applied to an alpha-numeric unit where the data is displayed.

    摘要: Disclosed are various embodiments of FinFET semiconductor devices. A pair of matched capacitors can be formed that share a common source, drain and/or channel. Accordingly, the capacitance characteristics of each capacitor can be manufactured such that they are similar to one another. A resistor manufactured by employing FinFET techniques is also described. The resistor can be manufactured with an effective length that is greater than a distance traversed along a substrate by the resistor.

The system selects one or more initial cameras, including one or more initial camera positions, initial camera orientations, and initial camera features, wherein the initial camera positions and the initial camera orientations cause one or more fields of view of the initial cameras to cover at least a part of the surveillance area. The system alters one or more of a number of cameras, an orientation of the cameras, a location of the cameras, a type of the cameras, and a crossover of two or more cameras. The system uses a fitness function to evaluate all of the cameras and all of the camera positions, and selects one or more cameras and the locations and orientations of the one or more cameras as a function of the fitness function.

    摘要: A method is provided in one example embodiment and includes communicating initial digits associated with an original request for a call and receiving a message indicating an incomplete address for the original request. The method also includes responding to the message by appending additional digits to the original request to generate a new request. The additional digits are buffered before receiving the message indicating the incomplete address associated with the original request. In other embodiments, the original request is a session initiation protocol (SIP) INVITE message that includes a uniform resource identifier (URI), which reflects an address for reaching a destination user. The initial digits can be partially matched against a dial plan in order to trigger the message associated with the original request. The additional digits are configured to satisfy the message and to connect the call. The message associated with the original request can be a session initiation protocol (SIP) 484 message.
