    摘要: An oven assembly for baking coatings applied to an object includes a housing with a header receiving pressurized air from a ventilator disposed outside the oven. A heater provides heat to the pressurized air received from the ventilator raising the temperature of the pressurized air to between about two and four times curing temperature in Fahrenheit degrees of the coatings applied to the object. The header extends from the heater into the housing. The header has nozzles disposed at spaced locations directing pressurized air at the temperature being between about two and four times the curing temperature in Fahrenheit degrees of the coating applied to the object toward predetermined locations on the object.

    摘要: A duct cleaning apparatus for cleaning an inside surface of a duct including an elongated flexible element extending inside the duct having a first end supported in the duct spaced from an inside surface, a second opposed free end and having a length sufficient to engage the inside surface of the duct, preferably greater than the diameter of the duct. Fluid flow through the duct, particularly turbulent flow, causes the elongated flexible element to oscillate or flap, striking the inside surface and removing foreign material from a predetermined portion of the inside surface of the duct. The apparatus of this invention may be used to create a fire break, for example, by removing flammable particles or dust from an area of the duct, preventing a flame from propagating along the duct through the flammable material.

    摘要: An improved rotary concentrator separates the desorption gas flow into two flow portions. The first flow portion is sent to a final processing system. The second portion is recycled to the rotary concentrator. In a first embodiment, gas is recycled to the process gas inlet. In a second embodiment, the recycled gas is reused as desorption inlet gas. Most preferably, the recirculated gas is relatively clean compared to the gas in the first portion which is sent to the final processing system. In this way, the improved rotary concentrator is more efficient and reduces the amount of gas which must be processed by the final processing system.
