摘要: The present invention relates to a method of changing between a plurality N of distinct services, e.g. television channels, receivable on a receiving unit, such as a mobile phone/cellular phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a handheld television unit, or similar devices. The receiving unit is adapted to receive the plurality of services in a time slicing mode with services being arranged in a certain time slice sequence. The receiving unit is capable of receiving a first service (S1). When “zapping” from the first service to a second service, the second service (S4) being chosen is the currently next service in time within the time slice sequence so as to minimize the time (t2) between service changes. Thereby, a fast method of changing between services is provided in a simplified manner, the speed of change reaching the theoretical maximum when using time slicing.

摘要: A protector bottom grid for a nuclear fuel assembly that includes three laterally staggered and horizontally oriented protrusions that extend into the fuel rod cell of a support grid below a vertically oriented spring. The three staggered protrusions extend into the cell a distance that maintains a space between the protrusions and the fuel rod. The vertically oriented spring biases the fuel rod against a dimple extending from the opposite cell wall that is at an elevation just above the spring. The protrusions below the spring trap incoming debris in the area of the fuel rod end cap and protect the fuel rod cladding from fretting.

摘要: A method for reducing times of receiving overhead information by a mobile multimedia broadcast terminal, comprising the following steps: a mobile multimedia broadcast system multiplexes different services according to service type, generates different overhead information, and adds an overhead information update indication in a corresponding service data segment for indicating whether the overhead information in the next frame will be updated; a receiving terminal monitors whether the overhead information will be changed according to the overhead information update indication in the service data segment; when the overhead information update indication indicates the overhead information in the next frame will not be updated, the receiving terminal will not receive the overhead information and only receive necessary service data in the next frame; when the overhead information update indication indicates the overhead information in the next frame will be updated, the occurrence of the update will be recorded, and the receiving terminal will determine whether to read the updated overhead information according to whether it is necessary to receive other services other than the current service.

摘要: A shell of an electronic device includes a front cover, a rear cover, and a latching assembly. The front cover includes two first sidewalls. The rear cover includes two first borders. The latching assembly includes two first latching members, two spacers, and two groups of second latching members. The first latching members define a number of latch-receiving portions. The first latching members are fixed to the inner surface of first sidewall with a corresponding spacer intervened therebetween. The second latching member is mounted to the inner surface. Each of the second latching members includes a sliding pole and a cap. Each of the latch-receiving portion includes a sliding portion forming an entrance for a corresponding second latching member sliding into the latch-receiving portion, and a latching portion communicating with the sliding portion, which is an elongate slot parallel to the length direction of the first latching member.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a method and apparatus for assigning channels in a cellular environment. A time period T is defined in which cellular operational measurement information such as traffic information and mobility information are collected. Channels that are available for allocation are collected and maintained in a matrix. The predicted number of channels are calculated based on the operational measurement information. Using the channels available for allocation and the predicted number of channels, channels are allocated for use. As the operational measurement information changes the time period T is adjusted to accommodate the changes in traffic or mobility within the cellular system.
