摘要: The present invention is directed to a method and apparatus for assigning channels in a cellular environment. A time period T is defined in which cellular operational measurement information such as traffic information and mobility information are collected. Channels that are available for allocation are collected and maintained in a matrix. The predicted number of channels are calculated based on the operational measurement information. Using the channels available for allocation and the predicted number of channels, channels are allocated for use. As the operational measurement information changes the time period T is adjusted to accommodate the changes in traffic or mobility within the cellular system.

摘要: A wireless LAN device and a method of monitoring the status of a wireless LAN are disclosed. The wireless LAN device according to the present invention can determine the status of a wireless LAN using a variety of information obtained by performing media access control (MAC) without additional packet transmission/reception with a correspondent wireless LAN device. Accordingly, if the wireless LAN device of the present invention is various kinds of wireless A/V (Audio/Video) devices that provide the A/V streaming, the data transmission can be optimally made in accordance with the status of the monitored wireless LAN. Further, since there is no additional communication needed to monitor the status of a wireless LAN, the present invention has advantages in that the processing speed of the wireless LAN device is improved and the traffic of the wireless LAN is not increased.

摘要: An erase-verifying method of a NAND type flash memory device and NAND type flash memory device thereof, wherein an erase-verifying operation is performed by applying a positive voltage as a source voltage. Considering a variation width of a threshold voltage of an erase cell, which shifts due to various factors, a negative threshold voltage of an erase cell can be stably verified. Through this, even when the threshold voltage of the erase cell shifts due to disturbance upon subsequent program operation, the number of cells failed can be reduced.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing a mixed formulation of sustained release microspheres with various compositions by a continuous one-step process. The present method is characterized by preparing the mixed formulation of sustained release microspheres with different compositions by a continuous one-step process by continuously introducing the mixed fluids into a dryer from the two or more different fluids for preparation of sustained release microspheres containing a biodegradable polymer, a drug, an additive and a solvent with different types of contents or both of the components, by controlling the mixing ratios of the fluids according to the time, unlike a conventional method including spray-drying a mixture of microspheres containing a biodegradable polymer, a drug, an additive and a solvent with a single composition. The present method can achieve a desired drug release, which is difficult to be obtained by conventional microspheres with a single composition, by preparing microspheres by a continuous one-step process, and can simplify the conventional complex process of separately preparing several microsphere formulations and then mixing the formulations at a proper ratio to achieve a desired drug release.

摘要: A driving apparatus for an organic electro-luminescence display device for reducing a deterioration of organic light-emitting diode device in the organic electro-luminescence display device is disclosed. In the driving apparatus, a data supplier supplies a data signal to an anode of an organic light-emitting diode device. A first voltage source generates a first voltage. A second voltage source generates a second voltage higher than said first voltage. A voltage stabilizer stabilizes said second voltage to be supplied to the cathode of the organic light-emitting diode device. First and second switching devices selectively apply said first and second voltages to a cathode of the organic light-emitting diode device.

摘要: Provided is related to a NAND flash memory device and method of reading the same, in which during a read operation, a ground voltage is applied to string and ground selection transistors of deselected cell blocks so as to increase resistance of a string line to prevent leakage currents due to a back-bias effect. A reduced bitline leakage current increases an ON/OFF current ratio between programmed and erased cells to reduce a sensing time therein, which makes a read trip range so as to prevent variation of threshold voltages due to data retention and reading disturbance. Voltages can be independently applied to source selection lines by electrically isolating source selection transistors between the cell blocks. It is available to reduce the number of source discharge transistors by electrically connecting the source selection transistors between adjacent cell blocks.
