    摘要: A process for coupling a living carbocationic polymer by reacting two molecules of a living carbocationic polymer with a coupling agent, the coupling agent having the formula I: CR1R2═CR3-Zn—CR4═CR5R6   (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are, independently from one another, hydrogen, alkyl, or alkenyl, or two of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6, together are alkylene or alkenylene, Z is CR7R8, R7 and R8 are, independently from one another, hydrogen or alkyl, and n is 0 or an integer from 1 to 5, with the proviso that, when R3 is hydrogen, both R1 and R2 are different from hydrogen, and, when R4 is hydrogen, both R5 and R6 are different from hydrogen. The process allows for the convenient preparation of ABA-type block copolymers and of telechelic polymers.

    摘要: A method for producing composite materials which comprises in one step preparing modified cellulose fibers by treating (A) cellulose fibers with an aqueous emulsion of (B) at least one ethylene copolymer having a molecular weight Mn of up to 20 000 g/mol maximum and comprising as comonomers in incorporated form (a) 50% to 95% by weight of ethylene, (b) 5% to 50% by weight of at least one comonomer having at least one alkylated or cycloalkylated amino group which is connected via a spacer to a polymerizable group, (c) 0% to 30% by weight of other comonomers, and in a further step by mixing modified cellulose fibers with (C) at least one thermoplastic (D) and optionally one or more adjuvants.

    摘要: A method of coating containers made of glass, polyethylene or polyester by treatment with a substantially paraffin-free aqueous formulation comprising (A) at least one acid-functional waxy copolymer selected from (A1) partially oxidized polyethylene waxes having an acid number in the range from 10 to 100 mg KOH/g, determined in accordance with DIN 53402, with (A2) copolymers having a melt flow rate (MFR) in the range from 1 to 50 g/10 min, measured at 160° C. under a load of 325 g in accordance with EN ISO 1133, which in copolymerized form comprise (a) 60% to 88% by weight of ethylene, (b) 12% to 40% by weight of at least one ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid, and which are at least partially neutralized with alkali metal or amine, (B) if desired, at least one nonionic or anionic surfactant, (C) if desired, at least one defoamer, (D) if desired, at least one organic amine, (E) if desired, at least one organic solvent.
