摘要: A radiation detector includes a semiconductor element capable of detecting a radiation, a substrate on which the semiconductor element is mounted, and a support member disposed adjacent to the semiconductor element for supporting the substrate. The substrate includes a first end portion on which the semiconductor element is mounted, and a second end portion opposite the first end portion for disposing the support member. The support member includes a first support and a second support, and the first support and the second support each includes a protrusion and an engagement hole for engaging with the protrusion. The protrusion of the first support engages with the engagement hole of the second support to fix the first support and the second support such that the substrate is compressed and supported by the first support and the second support.

摘要: An optical fiber temperature sensor has a sensing part composed of an optical fiber arranged at a temperature measurement point; a light source for injecting a light to the sensing part; a wavelength filter module for branching the Raman scattered light from the back scattered light generated at the sensing part; photoelectric detectors for detecting the Raman scattered light and a signal processing circuit for processing the electric signals from the photoelectric detectors, wherein the light source is a semiconductor laser having a wavelength bandwidth of 0.78 μm; the wavelength filter module has a longer wavelength side band pass filter for transmitting the Stokes light and a shorter wavelength side band pass filter for transmitting the anti-Stokes light; and the longer wavelength side band pass filter and the shorter wavelength side band pass filter do not allow the light having the wavelength band of the semiconductor laser to be transmitted.

摘要: A plurality of stator teeth 2 are arranged at a constant interval in a circumferential direction on the inner circumferential face side or the outer circumferential face side of a ring-shaped stator core 1 that is made of a plurality of steel plates. The winding wire 5 is wound about the stator teeth. An insulator 4 that electrically insulates the stator core and the winding wire is provided therebetween. A gap 6 is formed between the winding wire and the insulator. Accordingly, a desired distance can be secured between the stator teeth and the winding wire regardless of the thickness of the insulator, and, thus, the influence of leakage magnetic fluxes that acts on the winding wire can be reduced. Accordingly, the influence of leakage magnetic fluxes formed near the stator teeth that acts on the winding wire can be reduced regardless of the thickness of the insulator.

摘要: To provide an electronic device socket able to shorten conductive paths between terminals of an electronic device and contacts of a circuit board. An electronic device socket (1) wherein a socket part 10 electrically connecting a plurality of terminals of an electronic device to corresponding contacts of a circuit board has a plurality of through holes 105 arranged corresponding to the positions of the terminals. Each through hole 105 has an elastic member 107 comprised of a coil spring, provided with an upper part having elasticity along a longitudinal direction of the through hole and a lower part able to form a conductive path substantially parallel to an extension direction of the through hole, a plunger 108 having conductivity biased from the elastic member toward the top surface in a second state where the electronic device is attached and the terminals and contacts of the circuit board are electrically connected, and a conductive film 106 formed at an inner surface of the through hole so as to electrically connect with near a part of the elastic member where a upper part of the elastic member and the plunger contact each other, and a lower part of the elastic member when the elastic member is compressed.
