摘要: A rotor of a permanent magnet type synchronous motor facing a stator having a number of slots comprises a rotor core fixed to a motor shaft and an even number of permanent magnets in a circumferential direction of the rotor core. Projecting portions are formed in the shape of a protruding portion of the rotor core over each permanent magnet. The width (A) of each projecting portion is different from the pitch (B) of the slots of the stator. A position detector for detecting the permanent magnet position of the rotor comprises detectors of the normal rotation and other detectors of the reverse rotation. These detectors are arranged having predetermined phase differences (.alpha., .beta.) to a center line. A pattern generating circuit is provided for switching the conducting position to the stator winding corresponding to the phase differences.

摘要: A device for detecting a load torque using angle detectors fitted with a certain spacing on a shaft which is rotated by a drive source and on the basis of a relative angular difference of angles detected by the angle detectors. The device includes two rotary drums or discs fitted with a certain spacing on the drive side and load side of the shaft, with a plurality of magnetic poles for generating magnetic signals being formed on the surface thereof, and a magnetic sensor disposed to confront the surface of the rotary drums or discs, with magnetic resistance effect elements which vary in internal resistance in response to the magnetism of the magnetic poles being provided thereon. The amount of torsion created by the load on the load side of the rotary shaft is measured as a phase difference of outputs of the magnetic sensor, and the torque is detected in terms of the angular difference between the magnetic drums or discs. The device is operative to detect a torque in both storage and rotation, and capable of detection within a period of magnetic signal, whereby high-accuracy, high-resolution torque detection is made possible.

摘要: A speed control apparatus is provided for controlling a speed of a movable equipment in such a way that the speed of the movable equipment is detected, calculates a deviation value between a detected speed of the movable equipment and a speed instruction signal, and controls the speed of the movable equipment based on the deviation value. The speed control equipment detects harmonic wave components included in the detected speed and reduces the harmonic wave components from the speed instruction signal so as to control the speed of the movable equipment.

摘要: In order to provide a speed control apparatus for a movable equipment having small torque ripples and speed variation, the present invention has a speed control means which comprises a driver for providing a current or a voltage having a magnitude corresponding to the instructed speed, a speed detection circuit for detecting a speed on the basis of a signal from the speed detector and a microcomputer for driving the driver by comparing the speed instruction signal with a speed signal obtained from the speed detection circuit. The microcomputer includes a harmonic wave component detecting means for detecting a harmonic wave component contained in a speed variation mode which is obtained from the speed detection circuit and has a function of making the gain of a speed control system variable by the harmonic wave component detected by the harmonic wave component detecting means.

摘要: The stator comprises three phase driving coils and an electric commutator for controlling current to the driving coils. The rotor comprises permanent magnets which are alternately magnetized in N polarity and S polarity. Driving torque is generated corresponding to the current flowing through the driving coils and the permanent magnets. On the surface of the permanent magnet facing to the driving coils, two non-magnetizing portions are provided in each permanent magnet having either N or S polarity.

摘要: Disclosed is a speed controlling method and apparatus in which a suitable current or voltage command is given to a moving body on the basis of the relation between a speed detection signal obtained by detecting the speed of the moving body and an externally supplied speed command signal. The speed of the moving body is controlled in a manner so that the speed of the moving body is successively detected, a speed error which is a difference between a speed command value and a speed detection value is calculated whenever the speed of the moving body is detected, and the speed of the moving body is successively controlled on the basis of a driving signal obtained by an arithmetic operation on the basis of the speed error and a set control gain, and that, on the other hand, a present speed error quantity is calculated on the basis of speed errors obtained whenever the detection of the speed of the moving body have been carried out predetermined number of times, the speed error quantity obtained presently is compared with and the speed error quantity obtained last, and the set gain is corrected or updated in accordance with the result of comparison of the present and last speed error quantities to thereby minimize the speed error quantity.

A greatest common division of the number of magnetic poles of the field member and the salient magnetic poles having the armature windings differs from the number of magnetic poles. A group of grooves is formed between the salient magnetic poles having an interval of 2/3M.pi., with M being an integer which is not a multiple of three. To reduce the occurrence of cogging torque, auxiliary grooves are provided on the surface of the salient poles at positions which are spaced apart from positions of the grooves by (.pi./3)K+(.pi./6), in terms of electrical angle, with K being an integer.

摘要: A permanent magnet rotating electric machine comprises a stator having stator windings wound round a stator iron core and a permanent magnet rotor having a plurality of inserted permanent magnets in which the polarity is alternately arranged in the peripheral direction in the rotor iron core. The rotor iron core of the permanent magnets is composed of magnetic pole pieces, auxiliary magnetic poles, and a stator yoke, and furthermore has concavities formed on the air gap face of the magnetic pole pieces of the rotor iron core of the permanent magnets, gently tilting from the central part of the magnetic poles to the end thereof. In a permanent magnet rotating electric machine, effects of iron loss are reduced, and an electric car using highly efficient permanent magnet rotating electric machine are realized.

摘要: A magnetic gap is provided between a permanent magnet of a rotor and an auxiliary magnet pole portion which is arranged adjacent to the permanent magnet in a peripheral direction. A gradual change in a magnetic flux density distribution of a surface of the rotor is obtained and a cogging torque and a torque pulsation are restrained. By obtaining a reluctance torque according to the auxiliary magnetic pole, a permanent magnet electric rotating machine in which the cogging torque and the torque pulsation are restrained can be obtained and further an electromotive vehicle having the permanent magnet electric rotating machine can be provided.
