Abstract:
A liquid discharge head includes a first housing, a sealing member, and a second housing. The first housing includes a nozzle from which a liquid is dischargeable and a liquid chamber communicating with the nozzle. The sealing member openably closes the nozzle. The second housing includes a moving member and a container. The moving member moves a portion of the sealing member between a first position at which the portion of the sealing member contacts the nozzle to close the nozzle and a second position at which the portion of the sealing member is separated from the nozzle to open the nozzle. The container stores and holds the moving member in the container. The sealing member is sandwiched between the first housing and the second housing to partition the liquid chamber and the container.
Abstract:
A polishing sheet comprising a plurality of convex portions which protrudes from a sheet surface and includes an upper surface which is in parallel to the sheet surface is disclosed. A plurality of abrasive grains made by a granular porous body in which a number of primary particles are partially bonded to each other and include a void in between is arranged at least on the upper surface of the convex portion.
Abstract:
A dispenser includes a flexible outer tube, a flexible inner tube in the outer tube, a plunger switch, a spring biased valve assembly having a rotation actuator, and a cap. After cap removal, a rotation of the rotation actuator enables an extrusion of a material in the outer tube out of the spout of the valve assembly via a material dispensation tunnel of the rotation actuator when the outer tube is depressed. A further rotation of the rotation actuator enables an extrusion of a material in the inner tube out of the spout of the valve assembly via the material dispensation tunnel when the outer tube is depressed. A still further rotation of the rotation actuator enables a mixed extrusion of the materials in both the inner and outer tubes out of the spout of the valve assembly via the material dispensation tunnel when the outer tube is depressed.
Abstract:
A liquid discharge head includes a nozzle plate, a housing, a channel, and a positioning member. The nozzle plate has a nozzle hole and a first positioning hole penetrating through the nozzle plate in a thickness direction of the nozzle plate. The housing is bonded to the nozzle plate to form a single bonded body and has a second positioning hole extending in a thickness direction of the housing. A liquid flows through the channel between the nozzle plate and the housing to the nozzle hole. The positioning member fits into the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole to position the nozzle plate relative to the housing. A length of the positioning member is smaller than a sum of a length of the first positioning hole and a length of the second positioning hole in the thickness direction of the nozzle plate, and larger than the length of the second positioning hole.
Abstract:
A nozzle plate includes a nozzle base; a nozzle hole to discharge droplets and formed on the nozzle base; and a water-repellent film formed on at least a liquid discharging surface of the nozzle base. The nozzle base is formed of a stainless material that includes a surface layer area on which the water-repellent film is formed. The surface layer area has a higher chrome density than the chrome density of the stainless material itself, and a ratio of Cr to Fe (Cr/Fe) in the surface layer area is equal to and more than 0.8. The nozzle plate production method as such includes polishing with a polishing agent a surface of the nozzle base; removing Fe in a surface layer area of the stainless material by etching using a polishing agent; and combining chrome with oxygen.
Abstract:
A threaded connector including female thread and male thread. The female thread is symmetrically disposed on both ends of a coupling. The male thread is disposed at an end of a pipe. The female thread includes buttress thread. A torque shoulder is disposed in front of the buttress thread. The female thread is connected to the torque shoulder via a tool withdrawal groove. A protruding threaded segment is disposed on any one of a fourth to seventh tooth of the female thread to prevent high pressure gas from leaking.
Abstract:
A cosmetic dispenser includes a cap; a dispensing assembly in the cap and comprising a spring-biased plunger having a channel therethrough, and a dispensing seat releasably secured to the plunger; a case with the dispensing assembly disposed therein and comprising a peripheral communicating hole; a preparation container threadedly secured to the cap; a battery barrel; a push button switch in the battery barrel; a battery in the battery barrel between the switch and a motor; and a motor receptacle threadedly secured to the battery barrel and secured to the container. In an on operation, pressing a push button of the switch one time will electrically connect the battery and the motor together and activate the motor to cause vibration.
Abstract:
A cosmetic applying device includes a hollow restriction tube and an applying piece having a passage defined therethrough is inserted in the restriction tube. An end of the applying piece extends from an end of the restriction tube. A hollow feeding part is connected to the restriction tube and includes a feeding tube which is inserted into the passage of the applying piece. A soft tube is connected to the feeding part and fluid cosmetic material is received in the soft tube. By squeezing the soft tube, the fluid cosmetic material flows into the applying piece and is applied to the user's body.
