    摘要: The present invention relates to a lens driving device, more particularly, capable of adjusting an effective focal length determined by the relative distance of lenses in an optical device having a zooming function. In the lens driving device, a barrel unit has an internal space for containing a lens therein and a guide slot for allowing forward and backward movement of the lens through rotation of the barrel unit. A ring-shaped piezoelectric actuator unit is arranged adjacent to the barrel unit for being contracted or expanded radially in response to an external input signal. A drive member is mounted on the piezoelectric actuator unit and having a plurality of segments projected toward the barrel unit to contact the same.

    摘要: A lens-positioning device of a camera module designed to provide a focusing function or an optical zoom function. In the lens-positioning device, an actuating part includes a ring-shaped piezoelectric actuator and a rotating plate positioned on an upper surface of the piezoelectric actuator. A positioning part is provided with a hollow barrel holder and linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens upon rotation of the rotating plate. The hollow barrel holder contacts the upper surface of the rotating plate. A hollow housing receives the actuating part and the positioning part and having a guide means to guide the positioning part to be linearly moved in the direction of the optical axis of the lens. The lens-positioning device can have ultra-miniaturized size through the piezoelectric actuator, and a minute focusing can be realized through minute positioning of the lens, allowing high resolution and high sharpness images.

    摘要: There is provided a flat type piezoelectric ultrasonic motor for generating a rotation force to a rotor by ultrasonic vibrations. In the piezoelectric ultrasonic motor, a vibrator is formed of elastic material at a given size, a plurality of piezoelectric plates are attached on the vibrator, a rotor is drivingly connected to the vibrator thereby to be rotated, and a power source unit applies driving voltages to the piezoelectric plates. The piezoelectric plates are arranged on quartered surface areas of the vibrator in such a way that longitudinal axes of neighboring piezoelectric plates form a given angle therebetween and opposing piezoelectric plates have opposite polarizations, and the power source unit applies alternating driving voltages to the piezoelectric plates thereby to make the rotor rotated, thereby making it possible to simplify the piezoelectric plates' shape, minimize its size and enhance its driving efficiency.

    摘要: Disclosed is a lithium secondary battery comprising a cathode (C), an anode (A), a separator and an electrolyte, wherein the battery has a weight ratio (A/C) of anode active material (A) to cathode active material (C) per unit area of each electrode of between 0.44 and 0.70, and shows a charge cut-off voltage of between 4.35V and 4.6V. The high-voltage lithium secondary battery satisfies capacity balance by controlling the weight ratio (A/C) of anode active material (A) to cathode active material (C) per unit area of each electrode. Therefore, it is possible to significantly increase the available capacity and average discharge voltage of a battery using a lithium/cobalt-based cathode active material, which shows an available capacity of about 50% in a conventional 4.2V-battery. Additionally, it is possible to significantly improve battery safety under overcharge conditions, and thus to provide a high-voltage and high-capacity lithium secondary battery having excellent safety and long service life.

The semiconductor device can prevent surface damage of a semiconductor substrate, may occur when performing ion implantation for threshold voltage control, and does not require annealing after ion implantation. Additionally, the semiconductor device can enhance an isolation effect by protecting an oxide film in a corner portion of the STI, to prevent an occurrence of a moat phenomenon in the STI, and to prevent the damage of the gap-fill dielectric film.
