    摘要: Provided are a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag and a wake-up method thereof. The RFID tag includes: a power source that supplies a driving voltage; a continuous wave detector that receives the driving voltage from the power supply so as to detect a continuous wave in a signal received from an RFID tag reader; a command detector that selectively receives the driving voltage and detects a command in the signal; and a controller that executes the command detected by the command detector by supplying the driving voltage to the command detector if the continuous wave is detected, and stops the driving voltage from being supplied to the command detector if no command is received from the command detector for a predetermined time period.

    摘要: Provided is a radio frequency identification (RFID) sensor tag antenna using an aperture coupling feeding method, including: a radiation patch for determining a resonance frequency of the RFID sensor tag antenna, which is disposed in an uppermost portion of the RFID sensor tag antenna; a first dielectric layer disposed on a bottom surface of the radiation patch and interposed between the radiation patch and a ground layer disposed to be parallel with the radiation patch; and a slot formed in a side of the ground layer and coupling RF signals to the RFID sensor tag antenna. Thus, the RFID sensor tag antenna can separately adjust resistance and reactance components of input impedance. As a result, the RFID sensor tag antenna can be matched with an RFID sensor tag board without an additional matching circuit.

The polymer package for the film battery and the combined package and current collector include a multi-layered polymer film having a construction of at least three layers, which includes a first polymer film, a second polymer film, and a third polymer film, the first, second, and third polymer films being made of different materials. The first polymer film is made of a hydrocarbon compound which is unsubstituted or substituted by a fluorine (F) atom. The second polymer film is made of an amorphous polymer. The third polymer film is made of a polymer having a tensile strength of a predetermined value or more and a tensile modulus of a predetermined value or more. In the combined package and current collector, a conductive layer is disposed on a surface of the multi-layered polymer film.
