摘要： There are growing needs to efficiently programs desired to be viewed from among contents spreading to a channel direction and a time axis direction. However, GUI having a hierarchical structure and requiring numerous button operations require users to perform several complicated operations to view desired image contents. The present invention displays plural programs on one screen to make it easy for users to find programs desired to be viewed from among plural programs. The present invention has a means for controlling time information of reproduced images, and displays recorded images when a control time is older than a current time, program information guide (EPG) when the control time is later than the current time, and programs being broadcast when the control time is the current time.

摘要： As the number of contents which a user can access (TV programs, images stored on HDD or Internet news) is increasing, the contents a viewer wishes to view is becoming increasingly diverse, and consequently the question of how to view these contents efficiently is now a major problem. In other words, this huge volume of broadcast content also contains information which the user does not require, and it is difficult to efficiently acquire only the required information without any error. To resolve this problem, there are therefore provided an information reading apparatus comprising a receiving means which receives first and second broadcast signals, an information reading means which displays and reads the first broadcast signal received by the receiving means as first image information, a storage means which stores the second image information contained in the second broadcast signal, and an extraction means which extracts a part of the second image information stored by the storage means, wherein the information display means displays a part of the image in the second image information extracted by the extraction means superimposed on the image of the first image information, and reads it.

摘要： The conventional mirror shows only a reflected image. For example, a user who looks at the same mirror at a face-washing place at home every day can see only the similar reflected image. The present invention provides an information displaying device capable of displaying information which can be displayed by the primary function and information which can be displayed by another function on the same display unit. The information displaying device includes a projector for projecting video, a display unit for displaying the video, and a diffusion layer attached to the display unit for diffusing the light projected from the projector. The display unit displays not only a reflected image on the front side of display surface but also video and characters projected by the projector from the rear side of the display unit.

摘要： It is made possible to view a high-resolution clear stereoscopic image from any direction without taking the projection timing of two-dimensional images into consideration. First and second polygonal mirrors each including mirrors arranged in a ring form around a rotation axis of a screen are disposed. An electronic projector is disposed on an extended line of the rotation axis of the screen so as to be opposed to mirror surfaces of the polygonal mirrors. The electronic projector emits concentrically arranged first and second frame image groups each including frame images arranged in a ring form. The first and second frame image groups are reflected respectively by the first and second polygonal mirrors and projected onto the rotating screen. As the screen rotates, each of the first and second image groups is projected onto the screen and displayed in order from frame image to frame image.
