The stacking device has a brake stop that is flexible in the moving direction of the card-shaped products and mounted on a rocker-type drivable component. The rocker presses against the stack end in the stacking direction to advance the stack to receive additional products. The stacking device further includes a stack receiver defining the front end of the stack and including a holding bracket with a bearing surface. The stack receiver preferably is adjustable to accommodate varying widths of products to be stacked.

    摘要: A portable hand-held labelling device can generally have a printing mechanism, which in the case of an embodiment with printing belts and print-side guide wheels, can have the guide wheels rotationally mounted on a shaft which is fixed to the housing. The shaft can be fabricated as a single piece with the housing or a part of the housing, and the free end of the shaft can be centered and laterally fixed in a blind locator in another part of the housing. The shaft can be provided with a longitudinal groove into which a locking strip with a number of guide channels for locking elements, corresponding to the number of guide wheels, can be inserted, and in particular, inserted and locked into place. The locking elements are preferably components of a locking mechanism, which locking mechanism also includes locking locators in the bearing hole of each guide wheel, which locking locators interact with the locking elements to rotationally position the guide wheels on the shaft. The number of locking locators determines the number of defined rotational positions of each guide wheel.

    摘要: A hand labeling device for imprinting and dispensing self-adhesive labels comprises a housing (110) in which is disposed a printing mechanism (10) movable between a raised inoperative position and a lowered printing position. The printing mechanism comprises a plurality of axially adjacent setting wheels (16) with which type carriers (20) carrying printing types (22) are in a drive connection. A setting shaft (42) extending in the direction of the axis of the setting wheels (16) and connected to the printing mechanism (10) projects outwardly at a housing wall (110a); it is displaceable at a side face of the printing mechanism (10) between an inserted and an extended position and with the aid of said shaft the setting wheels (16) can be adjusted relatively to each other in such a manner that desired printing types (22) on the type carriers (20) move into a printing zone at the printing mechanism (10). Connected to the setting shaft (42) is a stop body (128) which extends parallel thereto and is displaceable with the setting shaft (42) between an extended and an inserted position. In the path which the stop body (128) describes in the extended condition when the printing mechanism (10) is lowered into the printing position a stop edge (126) fixed with respect to the housing is disposed.

    摘要: A printing mechanism is described comprising a housing (12, 14) in which a plurality of type carriers (20) are disposed which are in a drive connection with coaxially disposed setting wheels (16) each having a center bore. In a space formed by the center bores of the setting wheels a setting shaft (42) is axially displaceable and rotatable. By axial displacement the setting shaft can be brought into a drive connection with each of the setting wheels. On the setting shaft an actuating knob (48) is disposed with the aid of which said shaft can be displaced and turned. In the housing a display indicator means (26, 27, 29) is disposed displaceably parallel to the setting shaft; said means is connected to the setting shaft in such a manner that the latter turns relatively thereto but can be displaced axially only jointly therewith. The display indicator means makes it possible to recognize the type carrier which can be adjusted in the respective axial position of the setting shaft. The connection between the setting shaft and the display indicator means is formed by a substantially circular cap ( 64) which is mounted with a hub (62) on the setting shaft and on the edge of which the display indicator means is secured.

    摘要: A printing mechanism is described comprising a plurality of type carriers (12, 34) which on their outer peripheral face carry in one region printing types and in another region indicator types (44). The printing types can be brought into a printing position by turning the type carriers (12, 34). A setting means (32, 20, 24) including an actuating knob (32) can be brought into a drive connection with each of the type carriers (12, 34) for rotation thereof. Stop means (100, 102, 104, 106, 110) limit the turning travel of the type carriers (12, 34). Detent elements (96) hold the actuating knob against rotation relative to the type carrier (12, 34) which is in drive connection with the setting means (32, 20, 24), with a detent moment governed by the spring hardness of the detent elements. The spring hardness and thus the detent moment are determined so that when a moment is applied greater than the detent moment, rotation is permitted between the actuation knob and the type carrier, and when a moment is applied, there is no relative rotation between the actuation knob and the type carrier, and the type carrier is turned.
